⸻ During my stay at this hotel, I felt not only comfortable but truly at ease and safe. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the very first moment, which is something especially meaningful when traveling alone as a woman. The staff deserve the highest praise – their heartfelt kindness combined with genuine professionalism created the sense that they truly enjoy working here, and this spirit could be felt in every interaction. The entire hotel radiates care and attention: everything was immaculately clean, with tasteful and well-considered interior design that makes you feel both inspired and at home. What touched me most was that I never felt like “just another guest” – there was always a sense of being personally cared for, with warmth and sincerity. This experience gave me not only relaxation but also a rare feeling of belonging, and I would wholeheartedly recommend the hotel to anyone seeking both comfort and authenticity. The breakfast was outstanding, and the private dining experience made the stay truly unforgettable.

All was fine except a problem of food: no continental food. But the staff put all their strength together to make us happy. From break fast to supper we were served non spicy food and the service was excellent. Location was very good too. Ch. PURENDER and Ganesh GANGONI form a super team. All the serving team is very good. Thanks n congratulations to the front and duty managers who do everything to make guests happy. Human ressource is really at high level.

Cleanliness, Hospitality and location

Awesome....owner was friendly and it was a good stay... Worth of money. A very warm staff and wonderful service, we surely had a great time at the hotel. Rooms were clean and well kept.

Everything was fine, inside the hotel you feel like in museum. Very nice, big swimming pool with jacuzzi (hot, cold, salty). Have opportunity to choose restaurant in the evening, we were in Chinese and food was super. Location is also very good.

We felt very much at home during our entire stay (25-31.01.2025) at the Taj Deccan Hyderabad. The hotel staff knew how to make us feel very comfortable and relaxed with their friendly, professional and personalized service. This applies to all levels of the hotel, e.g. reception, concierge, restaurant, kitchen, room cleaning, pool, bar, etc. It was extremely impressive for us to personally experience the positivity, friendliness, openess and ease with which the staff managed to fulfill our every wish. We were particularly impressed by the individual, friendly and accommodating service provided by the restaurant staff and cooks to fulfill our special wishes regarding food. In addition, we would like to particularly highlight the friendly, extremely professional and patient support of concierge) in organizing some personal things without sparing any time, effort and energy. Overall, the Taj Deccan Hyderabad really made us feel very comfortable and at at home every moment of our stay.
