Staff was friendly, we could do the check in without issues. The default of the rooms is set for 1 pax, so being a group of 2 we had to ask for an extra towel and water bottle - it is possible to ask for toilet paper as well. The breakfast a buffet, with idly, rice and curry, bananas, bread slices and a toaster, jam and butter available as well. Chai and coffee were available. We wished there were some fruit, otherwise it was good. The waiting areas at the lobby are quiet and nice. The room was very spacious, clean and had curtains to block out light; plus the hotel was not on the main road so it was quiet -we had a very peaceful night of sleep!. The decor has some cute comics hanged on the rooms and printed on the dining room and elevator, we really liked it. Only 2 blocks away there was a money exchange place, very convenient. We recommend it for it was a very convenient and uneventful rest for us, would come back if in town!

Service was exceptional. Staff very courteous, amiable and helpful. We felt truly welcomed and cared for. Room was very good, bed very comfortable. We ordered one meal, which was really excellent Breakfast was very good, except omelette and coffee. Excellent variety of dishes available. Really appreciated the hummus and other spreads, along with veggies. Excellent central location.

All was fine except a problem of food: no continental food. But the staff put all their strength together to make us happy. From break fast to supper we were served non spicy food and the service was excellent. Location was very good too. Ch. PURENDER and Ganesh GANGONI form a super team. All the serving team is very good. Thanks n congratulations to the front and duty managers who do everything to make guests happy. Human ressource is really at high level.

The Dash is an excellent hotel and great value for money. The furnishings are to a high standard and the bed was very comfortable. There is a choice of either south Indian or European breakfast both of which were very good. The staff are courteous , friendly and very helpful as are Sanjeev the owner and his wife. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I stayed for seven nights and would most definitely stay again.
