Living room and kitchen is very spacious. Very nice for gathering. Three rooms and two bathroom are downstair. Rooms are a bit tight for putting the luggage out. But it was a really nice stay. The coffee provided was very nice and from local.

Definetely the guest service, very professionals, friendly and attentive to our needs. We didn't use too much of hotel facilities, but as far as the room is concerned, very clean, not too big, but just enough for a quick 1-2 nights.

The hotel has an indoor pool, and a spa & wellness centre. Free WiFi is provided throughout. Hotel is in a great location, and staff are very friendly and attentive. Everything is so clean and turn down survive etc give you the little extras with fresh water each night.

The room was very nice. The location was ideal on Robson street. We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and sauna also. The reception and concierge were very nice and helpful with the parking and finding restaurants.

A 24-hour concierge service is featured to help guests navigate area attractions. Gated underground parking is offered. Beautiful suite in a great location with lovely staff. Suite was very spacious with a great view. Located in a lovely safe area with lots of nice restaurants, bakeries and cafes nearby. Urban Fare across the road for purchasing food and drink, also has a Starbucks. Highly recommend !

The Victoria Clipper is 2 km away. Loved the very thoughtfully appointed room. It set the bar high for the continuation of our travels. Breakfast was fabulous and parking worked for us too.

Rogers Arena is 10 minutes’ walk from this Vancouver hotel. I booked a room but was upgraded to a suite and after 4 nights on the train from Toronto it was a wonderful surprise. The bed was comfy and the room peaceful and I had a good night's sleep. Everyone was very helpful and informative. The facilities were excellent It was possible to walk to the Waterfront and central for sightseeing and only a short taxi from the station. I ate lunch and the food and service were very good. My burger was cooked medium rare just as I like it. I didn't have breakfast as I was leaving early for the train. I would definitely go back when next in Vancouver with or without an upgrade. I was disappointed I didn't have time to check out the pool and sauna.
