The room was so luxurious. The in-house restaurants served us some of the best food we had during our trip in Canada. The service was exceptional, every staff member was very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed that our room had a proper bathtub and walk-in shower. You could tell there had been a high level of care and thought put into the decor and details of all the spaces.

Super convenient location, i love how we are just a stone's throw away from a lot of restaurants, bars, shops and literally beside BC Place. The skytrain was a good walk 10 min walk from the hotel and there are 2 lines nearby. The room layout was very intuitive and the beds were big and very comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety and the dishes, though simple, were filling and tasty. The amenities were very well kept, from the rooms, the restaurant and their gym. Would stay here again the next time I'm in Vancouver again.

Location was excellent and fit in perfectly with our plans in the area. We were 4 ladies celebrating a birthday with a night on the town, we walked to English bay after check-in, then along Robson street, and to Canada place. They offered us early check in when we arrived, which was awesome! In the evening we walked to our reserved dining spot, then to the casino…no need to take our car! Also, it’s across the street from BC place , great place if you’re downtown for a game 👍🏼

The space was clean and the views were as described in the literature. The building is very near to the Rogers Center and BC Place. At most a 5 minute walk to Rogers Center and a 10 minute walk to BC Place. For the walkers, time to travel from the property to Canada Place we would say around 20-25 minutes. You can find good restaurants around BC Place. The key fob provided did make it very easy to enter the building.

Location is fantastic if your heading to BC Place or Roger’s arena. The loft room was awesome and breakfast at Azure was delicious as always. The staff are delightful. We’ve been here many times and love it!

Steps from BC place so this was a safe location after we watched the Vancouver Whitecaps game on September 16th. It was also close to walk to the Aquabus location to go to Granville Island.

It’s perfectly situated, close to everything, especially transportation options. Love seeing BC place outside my window. Room was large and clean, AC worked beautifully. Big fan of Frankie’s restaurant on site as well.
