For example, I loved the longan, date, and wolfberry tea that they prepare for guests in their rooms and so I asked where I could purchase it. Instead the manager even generously helped me to get the right ingredients to take home so I can make it myself!! Really above and beyond.

Owner (Mr Zhu) is so friendly and so hospitable that we extended another night on the spot! He even arranged pickup and drop off at the train station for us. Room even comes with a washer for your laundry. Great views of the city and surrounding due to it been on a high floor. Remember to have tea with Mr Zhu!!

Location was excellent as it was close to restaurants and train stations. I will definitely stay there next time if I go to Kunming again.

They booked for us and arranged the best tours for the JDSM and Shagri-la at very last minute. The staff members speak good English and that really helps us a lot. The accommodation provides self-service free laundry as well. The room is clean, spacious and heating system works well. Location is very strategic in the ancient town. Please contact the staff upon your arrival so that she can arrange the porter for your luggages.
