All the staff team is very polite and helpful, which help the luggage porter from car park to the raid and lobby up to room as the stairs in the raid is really steep and narrow. Confirmation of everyday breakfast time and check-in/out time will be done through WhatsApp which is very convenient. Fresh orange juice is the best provided in breakfast. You may ask for more like extra egg/ drink if you are not full enough. Euro is preferred to use in raid but MAD is also welcome. But better prepare different amount of MAD for the bill as they don’t have much for changes, though they try hard to find changes elsewhere in the medina neighbourhood.
