They were very hospitable - Abdlhak and Ismail were kind, responsive and provided detailed answers to our many questions. They aided us in getting a tour guide for a private tour around FES. We ordered food to eat out on the terrace in the evening, which was lovely. They indulged us by providing dinner way past their kitchen being open which we were very grateful for. The room was large and enough for three of us that were staying here and last but not least the breakfast provided by Zineb was delicious and plentiful. We would definitely stay here again. Apart from their hospitality this was a beautiful establishment. Thank you!

Great location not to far into the Medina. If you are very sensitive to sound I would recommend the deluxe room, it was completely quiet. The standard had some noise from the street, but it common among all hotels in the riad. We got a very good recommendation for a city guide which was very nice as the medina is easy to get lost in. We would usually not have guide, but it was very worth it here. Our guides name was Idris, we recommend to ask for him. He was with us all day and took us to all the best spots. The Hammam was also great, very nice ladies

Guided tours and excursions can be arranged at the property. The Location is awesome and is close to Blue Gate of the Medina. The staff was great and arranged a pick up for 10 Euros. The room was spacious and was very clean. The breakfast was very good too. We went out to Media for fresh food. They cleaned the room daily and even arranged an adapter for us.
