Great hotel and excellent service clean everything is perfect

I stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the large sparkling pool, selection of food at breakfast and my room overlooking the Medina. I ordered room service dinner one evening that was great and arrived promptly

The hotel was exceptionally clean and had beautiful areas to relax and enjoy and we loved the Spanish restaurant. The restaurant reception Amea ? gave us outstanding service and was very welcoming. The bed was large and very comfortable and the pillows were perfect. The room was also very quiet and peaceful.

Die Lage mitten in der Medina war super. Waren schnell bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten . Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse war super lecker für jeden etwas dabei und wechselte täglich. Und das abendliche Highlight - wenn der Muezzin zum Nachtgebet ruft , auf der Terrasse einfach fantastisch.

First of all the staff are very professional and helpful and the room was very clean and calm and also the rooms service are too good and fast seriously i was very happy and satisfied Thanks you so much (i recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to past a happy days in fez)

The high and modern high end style, with the comfort and cleanliness. Its a new riad, very unique, the way they kept the vibe from and old riad while everything is so new , great job! Must see! The room was clean and the design is just perfect, the colors and the Moroccan vibe it gives, its love at the first sight! The host was so kind, helped a lot, made our stay way easier and comfortable!

The riad itself is stunning, with elegant traditional decor, a peaceful courtyard, and a relaxing atmosphere that offered a perfect escape from the busy streets of the Medina. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, combining authentic Moroccan charm with modern amenities.

The staff were amazing . We arrived at 9.30am and we were given a room at 10 am and while we waited we were given coffee and pastries. The receptionist and the lady in charge of the restaurant were truly exceptional good. All the other to were very professional.

Very nice hotel, with three good onsite restaurants that served beer and wine. We ate dinner at the each restaurant over our three days. Medium long walk to medina or very short cheap cab ride. Underground parking easy to access.

I loved the atmosphere and the comfortable rooms, in addition to the appetizing food.

Location, view on the city, staff, and delicious breakfast. We were welcomed with a fruit basket and chilled water.

Who doesn’t want to be social in a colorful and lush riad in the medina? A breezy rooftop to have a tea, play cards with other travellers and watch the sunset, a library, one of the best and reasonably priced dinners we’ve had the the entire trip, in candle-light, next to the palms and the calming sounds from the fountain. Professional with a heart, chill vibes and lovely staff made our last day and night in a three bedroom in Fez great. Located just an alley away from one of the main drags Talaa Kebira with shop till you drop- everything, sister restaurant Fondouk Bazaar (don’t miss the green shakshuka), Hammam Mernissi & spa, near Bab Boujloud, the blue gate, an ATM, the public gardens Jardin Jnan Sbil and a rather brutal food market. Porterservice and taxi in the wee hours went smooth as silk, and Fez airport itself is actually really pretty. We will be back, inshallah!

Central location , close to the street if you arrive by car! Breakfast is good , very friendly staff!

This is a beautiful Riad in a great location - an absolute oasis of calm on the edge of all the busyness of the medina. Our room was huge with a very comfortable enormous bed, and a great shower. Breakfast served in the terrace room, was delicious, plentiful and varied. But the best thing about this place is the staff. Fatima, Chaimare, Yassine and Ratiba all went out of their way to provide the warmest welcome and service. My absolute highlight was the wonderful hammam and massage, given by two exceptional masseuses. Ten stars!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful apartment in Fes! The space is stunning, spacious, and decorated with great taste, capturing the essence of Moroccan style. The location is ideal, making it easy to explore the city. The host was exceptionally kind, always available and attentive to our needs, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for an authentic and comfortable experience in Fes!

Very new, clean. Centrally located in new part of city

The apartment was large, spotlessly clean and had excellent Wi-Fi connection. It is in a safe central position in Fes with shops and restaurants close by. The owner, and the manager, meet us at the property and ensured we knew how everything worked and advised us of local restaurants and shops etc. The owner was very kind to us when we unexpectantly found out we needed to print our boarding passes - he went way beyond what you could expect. The manager of the apartment, Dounia, is very pleasant, helpful and speaks good English she was easy to contact via WhatsApp. If you are travelling to Fes I can recommend this lovely apartment.
