Location that is right next door to the train station.

Amazing riad, super cozy and perfectly located near the medina. We received a wonderful welcome from the host. The riad is managed by a team of young guys who offered us Moroccan tea upon arrival and gave us great tips on how to explore the city. As soon as you step through the door, it feels like traveling back in time, you're completely immersed in the culture and atmosphere. The breakfast was amazing and very rich. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

The staff was brilliant and very helpful. The room was spacious with great facilities, the location is perfect for a short stay as in the medina and very close to the blue gate. The service both from staff was exceptional and I would highly recommend this Riad as not as dated as others in the area and the decor was lovely.

Everyone who works in here is just incredibly nice, the riad is a oasis in the middle of Medina. Comfy bed, quiet morning, cosy room, close to a parking and important landmarks.

Very nice hotel, with three good onsite restaurants that served beer and wine. We ate dinner at the each restaurant over our three days. Medium long walk to medina or very short cheap cab ride. Underground parking easy to access.

The Riad is magnificent, the building has incredible interior architecture, in a traditional style, and beautiful tiles. The location is excellent, near the medina, but very quiet. The breakfast is very good, and I also recommend the restaurant. The rooms, service, and cleanliness are also excellent. I highly recommend it.

Location & big triple room

I've had the best time at this gorgeous Riad in Fez. Today is home day and I will be so sad to go. The staff at the Riad have made me feel so welcome, like family. Hospitality here has been top notch, the BEST hospitality I have experienced anywhere in the world. Khalid needs a mention as he works so hard running everything behind the scenes and their cook Nazha makes a stunningingly delicious traditional meal every evening. Sami is the star of the show making dreams come true. The natural smells of cedar wood when you walk around the Riad is unforgettable as are the carvings all around you in the doors, windows, walls... They have an infinity pool which is all lit up with waterfalls and fountains, this really is a slice of traditional Moroccan paradise behind a wooden door off of an alleyway street. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable with fridge, sofas, coffee tables and ambience lighting with that gorgeous Moroccan tiling throughout. The shower rooms are a little piece of tranquil haven in themselves. There is a beautiful roof terrace where you can have a coffee or your evening meal as well with panoramic views of the rooftops of Fes. This beautiful little gem is right at the heart of the Madina where the smells, sights and sounds are all yours for the taking. Such class and beauty is Riad Fes Sami Suite and Spa. A stay here will fill your heart with all things good. I'm going to miss this place and all the people in it. I will take away with me though, the laughs and smiles and unforgettable memories that I will sincerely cherish for all my years to come.

We stayed for 3 nights in this very ornate, glass roofed Riad, (It needed it as so much heavy rain) Over 4 floors we chose a spacious family room off the central courtyard filled with 19th century clocks and arfitacfs. On the rooftop terrace you can get a partial view over the medina. Tucked away in a quiet part of the old town yet an easy to walk...and get lost in the complex of alleyways. Quite a few restaurants closeby. I give a big shout out and thanks to each and everyone one of the staff, very freindly and very helpful.

Die Lage mitten in der Medina war super. Waren schnell bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten . Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse war super lecker für jeden etwas dabei und wechselte täglich. Und das abendliche Highlight - wenn der Muezzin zum Nachtgebet ruft , auf der Terrasse einfach fantastisch.

Loved the neighborhood...chill and quiet part of the Medina but still walkable. Gorgeous room, super comfy beds. Would stay again if we get to come back!

My stay in Green House Riad was really awesome! I arrived on early morning and they were so kind to give me room earlier and to serve me some breakfast after my long trip. I felt very welcomed. The staff Yassin and Mehdi were super nice and helpful with everything. Location is great, near everything you need. You will have beautiful view from the terrace while you have a breakfast. This place really made my first time in Morocco super memorable. When I come back to Fez I will stay here again for sure 💚
