The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and very clean. It was lovely to be able to sit in the garden. Even though it's beside a busy road, you get the feeling of peace. Thanks to all the staff who made for a great time.

Great location, it saves one hassle to book taxi to go to rail station you can literally walk, could see pool from room. Another room had a view to the far away medina. Also many cheap restaurants and convenient stores nearby and you can order food also by online apps.

Everything works perfectly well. The toilet is functional and clean.

akram the manager and team were very hospitable ,very caring and kind , they went out of the way to make me and my wife feel at home. from the cleaner to the carpark to the chef and cooks were excellent will recommend to everyone about it

I stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the large sparkling pool, selection of food at breakfast and my room overlooking the Medina. I ordered room service dinner one evening that was great and arrived promptly

The room was clean and well equipped. The staff was welcoming and kind.

It's a great place to book: 1. The manager sent me a what's up message on the day of my arrival with all the important details and directions to the hotel from train station. 2. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and everything needed. 3. The hotel is close to a supermarket, a bank, currency exchange offices, and a taxi spot. 4. If you're worried about the old town being far away: Don't worry! A taxi costs a maximum of 20-30 dirhams (2-3 euros). Keep in mind, the hotels and hostels in the city center are of a very poor standard. 5. The cleaning staff does an excellent job every day. 6. The breakfast offered a wide selection, and all the staff, especially the head waiter, were very friendly. The tea and eggs were excellent. 7.The best of the best, the receptionists (a young man and a young woman who checked us in on April 5th – helpful, funny, did a very quick check-in, very knowledgeable, and precise in information. They only needed 3 minutes to briefly check the room, process the payment, and give us the Wi-Fi code and information regarding the old city. I will definitely book this hotel again in the future.

Great hotel, I highly recommend it! I saw some mixed reviews before arriving, but I was very positively surprised. The staff is just amazing – very friendly and always ready to help. The check-in process was super fast and went without any issues at all. The interior of the hotel is absolutely beautiful with a great Moroccan vibe and traditional details. The rooms are clean and comfortable. A really nice and peaceful place to stay in Fes!

The location is amazing, the staff just as amazing and for the price you pay it is more then Splendid it is excellent and I might say perfection for this price.

In addition to excellent rooms at a good location for a reasonable price, it is also a place where you instantly feel welcome. The staff lives and breathes hospitality! We had a problem with a suitcase (loose wheel), and in 5 minutes, a maintenance man showed up with tools and fixed it. They also arranged transport for us.

staff and local police were extraordinarily helpful in helping us find a mobile phone lost in a petit taxi. Confortable rooms, good breakfast, location quiet but central, many coffee shops nearby.

Very clean, comfotable bed, good shower. breakfast was very good eat as much as you like buffet style.

Location was at the center of the city. A few restaurants about and generally a safe area. Parking is a street parking, but there are places allocated to the hotel guests, and there is a guard available all the time.
