Great facilities, pool is wonderful and very clean, also personal staff is very friendly.

The staff were amazing . We arrived at 9.30am and we were given a room at 10 am and while we waited we were given coffee and pastries. The receptionist and the lady in charge of the restaurant were truly exceptional good. All the other to were very professional.

Very nice hotel, with three good onsite restaurants that served beer and wine. We ate dinner at the each restaurant over our three days. Medium long walk to medina or very short cheap cab ride. Underground parking easy to access.

Great hotel and excellent service clean everything is perfect

I stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the large sparkling pool, selection of food at breakfast and my room overlooking the Medina. I ordered room service dinner one evening that was great and arrived promptly

A great building that gives the feeling of old dormitory of a school. Peaceful and but still central location. Very comfortable bed and great WiFi connection. Have a lovely garden for breakfast.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and had beautiful areas to relax and enjoy and we loved the Spanish restaurant. The restaurant reception Amea ? gave us outstanding service and was very welcoming. The bed was large and very comfortable and the pillows were perfect. The room was also very quiet and peaceful.

First of all the staff are very professional and helpful and the room was very clean and calm and also the rooms service are too good and fast seriously i was very happy and satisfied Thanks you so much (i recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to past a happy days in fez)

Fantastic location just near the train station, small grocery stores nearby. Spacious room and comfy beds, good lights in the room, A/C- heater.

Perfect for a late Check out. Beautiful hôtel and practice to go to the Medina, also by foot if you like walking.

Great hotel, I highly recommend it! I saw some mixed reviews before arriving, but I was very positively surprised. The staff is just amazing – very friendly and always ready to help. The check-in process was super fast and went without any issues at all. The interior of the hotel is absolutely beautiful with a great Moroccan vibe and traditional details. The rooms are clean and comfortable. A really nice and peaceful place to stay in Fes!

This is a business hotel in a new city. There are restaurants, convenience stores, and banks nearby. It is a 4-star hotel, clean and well maintained, and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is great and the room is clean. The small swimming pool and view on the rooftop are also very nice. We stayed as a group of 19 people and had no problems at all. I plan to stay again in December.

staff and local police were extraordinarily helpful in helping us find a mobile phone lost in a petit taxi. Confortable rooms, good breakfast, location quiet but central, many coffee shops nearby.

Very clean, comfotable bed, good shower. breakfast was very good eat as much as you like buffet style.

Location was at the center of the city. A few restaurants about and generally a safe area. Parking is a street parking, but there are places allocated to the hotel guests, and there is a guard available all the time.
