Djemaa El-Fna is one of the most popular squares in Africa and here you will find an array of regional spices, argan oil, leather products and traditional clothes. If staying in the Medina, be prepared for an absolute assault on the senses! It is fast paced, noisy, always busy but it's great! You cannot turn your eyes sideways and you will be approached to buy something, which of course if you're interested in, you will haggle for, it's all part of the game. Would recommend visiting the Dar El Bacha Museum of Confluences which is beautiful and a break from the madness, the Bacha Coffee house inside is waiting list but worth the wait. Book the Jardin Majorelle before you travel if possible as it's booked up well in advance. Highly recommend doing a sunrise balloon ride, spectacular!

It takes a while to get in to the rhythm of the city.
It takes a while to get in to the rhythm of the city. At first it feels very chaotic due to the number of motorcycles whizzing around. After a day or two you get more used to it but it can feel very polluted due to the motorcycle fumes.
The medina and souks are nice to wander around, they are more spacious than their equivalent in Fez.
Also, there is lots to see with museums popping up all of the time

Marrakesh was great for walking around and absorbing the atmosphere. The shopping experience was great and not too much hassle. The main square was good for enjoying some fresh juice. On the evening the square really comes to life- especially on Fridays and Saturdays. Was good having a Riad to escape back to for some peace and calm.

Marrakech was a good and very bad experience.
Marrakech was a good and very bad experience. Everything about the history, the buildings, the adventure, the people was amazingly good. However, The pollution from the motocycle fumes in the narrow alleyways and still air was distressing. The pollution is constant, it makes your eyes sting, For this single reason I would not recommend this destination as it is a major health risk for everyone.

It is exhilarating and somewhat overwhelming.
It is exhilarating and somewhat overwhelming. I was unlucky and the weather was hotter than expected. The souks were SO crowded with tourists and locals and it definitely took away some of the enjoyment. But I loved wandering through the maze of tiny streets through endless markets, so much variety between different areas.

Location is great for exploring the Medina. The staff is amazing, super kind and available for every request. Breakfast is amazing: Moroccan crepe, bread, eggs, delicious jam, fresh fruit. I suggest to book the transfer from the airport directly with the riad, in order to avoid taxi drivers and people on foot that will bother you as soon as you get to the city. The owner also booked us a tour to the desert, the price was cheaper than the tours they sell in the Medina and the hotels we stayed were luxury quality. Perfect!
Everything, better than all 5 stars hotel.
I travel a lot, but this Riad my best experience ever. The boys are so so so helpful & friendly. Clean and familiar atmosphere. Breakfast perfect, even as we had to leave early to the airport, they made us a special breakfast at 7 am.
Best service ever!
Thank you 🙏
A beautiful resort hotel away from the hustle and bustle of marrkech city.
Stayed for 3 nights over the December Christmas week all inclusive. Excellent service and entertainment at the hotel.
Pros- very picturesque, clean and friendly.
Nice pool area.
One of the most peaceful hotels I’ve ever stayed in, rooms were like royalty the architecture was amazing. Breakfast and dinner by the pool. Staff were always friendly and welcoming. If I could give it a 5 star I would
