I had a wonderful stay here with my husband, and we truly enjoyed every moment. From the moment we arrived, Ibtissam at reception was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. She welcomed us warmly, made the check-in process seamless, and was always available to assist with anything we needed. The hotel felt luxurious yet cozy, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere—especially perfect during winter. Our room was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The large, cozy bed was amazing and ensured we slept incredibly well each night. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the excellent coffee and delicious sweets, which added an extra level of comfort to our stay. Having a secure place to store our luggage was extremely convenient and allowed us to enjoy our time without any stress. Overall, this hotel combines luxury, warmth, comfort, and outstanding service. Thanks again to Ibtissam for making our stay so pleasant. We highly recommend this place and would absolutely love to return.

Wonderful and helpful staff, beautiful house and gardens. Everything you need for a restful stay. Hamman royale strongly recommended as well as the cooking class. The restaurant deserves its reputation and it is conveniently situated. Their recommendation to take a guide for a trip to the Medina was welcome and worthwhile.

I am currently staying at Palais Tinmel and I'm still...

I am currently staying at Palais Tinmel and I'm still waiting for the manager of the hotel to contact me over a serious incident that happened yesterday with an employee ( Nono) as she deceived me with the driver who picked me up to take me to a restaurant. She said she was done working and a few blocks away the driver picked her up. She did not give me proper change and kept 100 Dhm. I've traveled thousands of miles away and should not be treated this way as a tourist. The manager told a staff member to tell me to delete my previous bad review without fixing this problem. This is how tourist are going to be treated is so wrong, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone . I want to warn other travelers to be aware and not be scammed like I was by this employee Nono at the hotel. Her behavior is repulsive and surely has been doing this before. Why isn't the manager contacting me to make this right, I don't understand.

Marrakech is a truly magical city that I absolutely loved. Its unique atmosphere, vibrant colors, rich culture, and beautiful contrasts make it unforgettable. I especially enjoyed the peaceful and luxurious experience at Agafay Luxury Camp, the warm hospitality and authentic atmosphere of Chez Ali, the charm and history of the Old Medina, and the traditional experience of exploring the city by calèche. Marrakech is a destination full of emotions, traditions, and unforgettable moments that I would happily discover again.

I've travelled and stayed in Marrakech 10 times!! I absolutely love the country and in a way reminds me of the Caribbean. There's the old city, souks and other amenities to visit in Marrakech - it really has such a great vibe to it, especially at night. As a female traveller, I feel absolutely safe each time I travel whether solo or with family.

Marrakech is a vibrant, unique city with plenty of monuments to see in 2–3 days. Staying in a riad and a camel ride in the Agafay Desert were highlights. The food and service were excellent, and I felt safe traveling with my husband.

Mr. Khalid is a professional manager and owner for this apartment. We enjoined our stay in Rabat. The eco system is super good, you can find all the equipment ready to serve you. The erea where is located the apartment isafe and really quite. The hygienic for the apartment it's like 5 star hotels! We felt like we enter in our house, very recommended <3

A nice hotel, spacious room, comfy sofa in the room near window looking out to the nice view of the pool. Had a lovely massage at the spa. Breakfast was available until 10am so didn't have to get up too early for it. Check out was at 12pm also a good time so no rushing in the morning. Reasonable cost for 5 nights at a 5 star hotel.
