I had a wonderful stay here with my husband, and we truly enjoyed every moment. From the moment we arrived, Ibtissam at reception was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. She welcomed us warmly, made the check-in process seamless, and was always available to assist with anything we needed. The hotel felt luxurious yet cozy, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere—especially perfect during winter. Our room was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The large, cozy bed was amazing and ensured we slept incredibly well each night. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the excellent coffee and delicious sweets, which added an extra level of comfort to our stay. Having a secure place to store our luggage was extremely convenient and allowed us to enjoy our time without any stress. Overall, this hotel combines luxury, warmth, comfort, and outstanding service. Thanks again to Ibtissam for making our stay so pleasant. We highly recommend this place and would absolutely love to return.

Wonderful and helpful staff, beautiful house and gardens. Everything you need for a restful stay. Hamman royale strongly recommended as well as the cooking class. The restaurant deserves its reputation and it is conveniently situated. Their recommendation to take a guide for a trip to the Medina was welcome and worthwhile.

Don't be intimidated in the souks just move on.

Don't be intimidated in the souks just move on. Always have at least 20 Dirhams on you so that you can offer it to a seller or performer for a picture - it's how I avoided being ripped off. Take wet wipes and hand sanitiser if travelling outside of Marrakech as some places do not have regular toilets. Don't engage if a strange says hello without being prompted. Only use the pink/beige taxis and agree to a price first. Use official tours with local guides as they are professional and there is no chance of getting lost. Do travel to other towns and cities and enjoy the plentiful honey and mint tea. Have fun and don't be afraid to ask for help!!

Going to the big square (late) in the evening with big crowds, booths and a whole lot of people was a great experience. Taxi's are reasonably priced, just as long as you remember to negotiate a price before getting in.

Marrakech is not a city that makes life easy for first-time...

Marrakech is not a city that makes life easy for first-time visitors. It is noisy, energetic, sometimes exhausting, and unlike anywhere I have visited before. It challenged me in many ways, but it also rewarded me with genuine hospitality, memorable food and experiences that I will remember for a long time. It is a city with real character and soul.

Being late July the weather was very hot, the streets were very busy. The people of this city are beautiful. Friendly, willing to help and always positive. The shopping is insane. The food is delicious. Jemaa el-Fnaa is crazy at night, full of colour, aroma of food and sound of the happy people who call this place home. Then there's the Souks be prepared to barter, but do it in a happy way. Don't get bothered by someone not willing to meet your offer, try somewhere else.

Marrakesh has so much to offer!! if you are looking for a desert escape or a chaotic Souk to get lost in, then Kesh is the place!! From the quad bikes and camel strolls through the Agafey desert to the Nights under the stars!! The food, the people, the atmostphere, the heat - I love it all!!!

Exceptional is the right description. The rooms are fabulous, the service and attention to detail are what you would get from a 5 Star hotel. Lahcen and his team are very tuned into tbe needs of the traveller, but more than that you get the full Moroccan hospitality from them. I have been coming hre sonce 1980 so I know how it ticks. The Riad and its staff are exceptional!

Found this hotel to be absolutely fantastic, the room was spacious and clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and happy to help and as we went all inclusive we found the meals varied and very nice. All the outside areas were very clean. The shuttle buggy to the golf course and back to the hotel was very welcome.
