Wonderful stay with exceptional staff I had a truly lovely stay at this hotel. The property itself is beautiful and very well maintained — it immediately feels welcoming and calm. From the moment you arrive, you feel comfortable and at home. What really makes this place special is the staff. Everyone is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. You can tell that they care about their guests, and that makes a huge difference. I would especially like to highlight Rachid, who practiced yoga with me every day. He is an exceptional person — warm, professional, and deeply attentive to individual needs. He takes the time to adapt the sessions and creates a very personal, supportive atmosphere. Practicing yoga with him was one of the absolute highlights of my stay. Overall, a wonderful experience thanks to the beautiful setting and truly outstanding people. I would happily return.

I love this hotel and have now stayed at it multiple times. The staff are extremely friendly, facilities are clean, sheets are crisp and it is in the best location - Literally on the main strip heading to Jema El Fna markets. I will definitely stay here for a third time in the future :-)

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We arrived early at the hotel and they let us into the room. The interior of the hotel is beautiful. The room is large. The breakfast is excellent. Parking is in front of the hotel. Free shuttle bus to the old part of the city.

It has the perfect location and the staff r really friendly and helful especially the guy who works during the night at the reception!

Whenever I go to Marrakech, I stay at this hotel. Clean, quiet, no problems. The staff, both male and female, at the reception are respectful people. The reception is open 24 hours a day if you need any help. I advise you, when you go to Marrakech, to try this hotel and see for yourself. Especially the bathroom and toilet are clean. You will want to take a shower every hour because it is very clean.

The location was excellent and it is accessible to the main tourist spots, restaurants , cafés and mall. The staff were friendly and accommodating too. The room is always clean and new towels everyday were provided. Also, the breakfast was good and they serve it on time. Overall, we had a wonderful stay in the hotel, worth the money we paid..

This Hôtel exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was top notch. Rooms were spacious and comfortable . The staff were amazing. Very kind, friendly and accommodating.

We know the hotel is very good, but didn’t expected the transfer from the airport would be soo good ( essential oil for greeting, beautiful big car, fast track). A surprise for us were tokens for the Yves Saint Laurent garden, which allowed us to skip the line at any time as VIPs.

We got surprised with this hotel which is really amazing and bigger than any web photos can show you. The rooms are confortable and spacious. It is worth to get a room with balcony overlooking at the huge swimming pool. Breakfeast has many and good options. The location is quiet just a hundred meters from supermarkets and Avenue the Paris crowed with many good restaurants and night life. It is also a walking distance from the main atractions as the Medina Koutobia Tower and Place Djamaa El Fna with their snakes, typical restaurants and many other atractions. Since we arrived the manager Mr. SAAD welcome us and make sure that everything was fine. All the staff is helpful and kind. We highly recommend this hotel for the best you can see in Marrakesh.

The hotel is well located, in the heart of the modern part of the city, and 15 minutes walk from the old town. The room was huge, nicely furnished, it's very design, an amazing bathroom. The breakfast you have many options, I highly recommend the traditional Moroccan one.

The people in the riad were so welcoming. The second we arrive to the riad , the tea and biscuits were waiting for us. The riad and the room was clean. The staff was cheerful, and they answered our questions by patience. The breakfast was very various and delicious. The rooftop was also really enjoyable, especially in the night. So we thank the crew for making this journey special for us.
