We had an absolutely amazing time and experience at BeLive. It was however a bit difficult to experience the city as we had no reason to leave the facility. Everything is in there; all inclusive Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, the Bar; don’t get me started on the sports bar/pool area: all with the most incredible service ever. The spa was the only session we had to pay for and it was well worth every penny!. I was here for two nights only. I look forward to going back!

Amazing place far exceed my expectations. Food was incredible and we ate from street food, hotel food and top restuarants and all of it was delicious, People are super friendly and we didn't get hassled at all. The people amazed me on their customer service and whilst in an open air cafe someone even asked if we minded that they smoked on a table next to us; never been asked that before! Not many people did smoke at all which surprised me. Make sure you take the time to discover all the different areas of the markets as some areas a typical tourist gifts, clothes etc but then there are a whole load of other areas within the souks that have some incredible things such as household decorations and we ended buying some increible vases and furniture being shipped to the UK at a very reasonable price. So much more to do than just shop though, take a truip to the dessert for camle rides, buggie drives and dinner and shows. Plan your trip properly and don't just wing it as you can miss out on the best bits! Will defnitley come back to explore more of the area and indeed Morocco!
Marrakech was a crazy swarm of motorcycles, donkey carts, construction vehicles, and tourists throughout the soils and narrow streets of the Medina. It was 101-102 each day at the end of September and start of October. Ostensively friendly people who try to show you the way and then want money are everywhere. It’s exotic and full of hidden beauty but it’s not for the faint of heart.
The Medina was very disappointing. Many stalls all selling the same Chinese tat. Mopeds racing around inside the medina, making it very unsafe to walk around. Stall holders advising us they need to charge a lot to make up for monies lost due to trade being down following earthquake and less visitors!? No wonder all advertised trips take you outside Marrakesh. Agree on cost for taxis prior to getting in or you will get ripped off. Do not eat or drink anywhere if you can’t see prices in advance or again , they will try and rip you off. Better still, go to Tangier or Fez, Marrakesh is definitely over rated.
Unfortunately, we didn't get to spend much time in Marrakesh, but it looked like a beautiful city as we were driving thru. The Medina we stayed near was clean and busy. We had a wonderful meal at a nearby restaurant.
The Secret Garden was lovely. I booked a conducted tower tour for my son and myself. We had drinks on the terrace after viewing the Islamic and Exotic Gardens. We then visited the Madrassa which was an architectural masterpiece and spent over an hour walking around it and taking pictures. The souks were easy to access and I actually enjoyed the haggling as my own job is in sales and marketing. Think the traders enjoyed it and we got a fair price for all. Be wary of the narrow streets with donkey carts, motor bikes and pedestrians! Up to you to exercise caution.
We only stayed 2 nights at the hotel and would have liked to extend but our plans would not allow this. Marrakech is such a vibrant and interesting place and the people are really nice and welcoming. Our hotel was circa 10/15 minutes from the Medina providing a complete oasis of style, beauty and calmness amongst the desert with the Atlas Mountains nestled behind.
Medina, Marrakech
Very nice location! In a heart of Medina. Short distance to Best restaurants in Marrakech. But the main advantage of the hotel is it's stuff. Especially Yusuf. He was so nice to us and so helpful I can't describe. Yusuf explained us all the best options about restaurants and tours. He brought us tea and prepared there best places to seat on the rooftop and watch for sunset. His Hospitality was amazing. Probably because he is from nomad family. If we will come back to Marrakesh again it will be because of that guy.
Medina, Marrakech
An excellent hostel to stay at when you are in Marrakech. I must say that it is an incredible Riad with all the services working perfectly. The rooms have air conditioning, warm water, and good beds. There are also some really great facilities in the hotel: a swimming pool, a rooftop terrace and a bar (which serves alcohol :)). The service was excellent and deserves a 5 star rating. It is also located in a good area, which is not overly centric, but close to everything that you might need.
Marrakech
Lovely staff, very kind and helpful. We stayed for two nights at the end of one month in Morocco. We just chilled and didn’t leave the premises. It is in an agricultural area with no traffic noise. The hotel chef is very friendly and accommodating. The location was good for us as a retreat before flying home. It might be inconvenient for sightseeing, as there are no other restaurants or tourist activities or destinations within walking distance. The pool and grounds are .great
Mellah, Marrakech
The decor was traditional but also luxurious and chic. The staff was like family to us almost immediately. They care about their guests more than any place I’ve ever stayed before. They truly will make your trip. Abdel in particular, the manager, will be texting you constantly and making sure you are experiencing Morocco to the fullest. Even after I left he continued to help me with my trip. The rooms were so comfortable, clean, and stylish. My ultimate favorite hotel I’ve stayed at.
Medina, Marrakech
A little bit of paradise in Marrakesh. The staff here were amazing and kind and made us feel at home immediately. Breakfast was top class. Facilities (pool, jacuzzi and gym) were 5 star. Gym was brand new and had the best machines. The massage and the hammam were also brilliant. Can't wait to go back. Bed was really comfortable and hotel robes were so comfy. We cannot wait to go back.
There are many great hotel in Marrakech but the Movenpick"s service stands in a class of thier own. A special thank you to Lahcen and Nezha for going beyond the expected services of a 5 star Hotel. Management, thank you for hiring such a wonderful staff and making this vacation unforgettable at the same time making us feel like family in your hotel and country.
My mother and I LOVED our stay at Hotel Tigmiza. Our flights were cancelled from the USA to morocco so therefore we missed 2 nights of our stay. The hotel was able to accommodate us to staying an extra 2 nights on the back end and even upgraded us to a villa! We also loved the heated pool and SPA. Our stay was incredibly relaxing. We hope to be back some day!
Hotel is 3 stars, but feels like 4 or 5 stars. Clean rooms, great location, and mainly amazing service, staff in reception, restaurant, doorman, coffee shop, room service, housekeeping, all going extra miles to provide us with the best service we ever expect. Special thanks to Olaya, very kind, communication skilled and always helpful.
Kasbah, Marrakech
The manager and staffer at riad kesh soul are the best Humans I have ever encountered in Morocco, they went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, helped me with my flight issues more than a normal hotel would do , I am forever grateful to them for all they did for me when my flight got canceled Allah bless them
Comparing to a 5 star hotels in the region.. this hotel is not more than 4 stars. But again money wise is not same price as a real 5 star hotel in Marrakesh. The real plus are the stuff really nice people but overworked out .. not enough capacity to service the full hotel !!
Medina, Marrakech
Everything, but in particular: Service - These guys would have a lot to teach to some of the most known 5 stars hotels around the world. Position - Very close to the main attractions, yet in a very quiet area. A quiet oasis right in the center of the crowded Marrakech
Amazing 5 star riad, intimate, environment with amazing gardens, pool and rooms. Service is impeccable , restaurant is excellent and the property is so clean and authentic. Location is walking distance to Medina and shopping mall in beautiful neighborhood
The staff made the hotel the best part of my stay in Morocco, we stayed at a “5 star” for 6 days and only two days to be closer to the centre at Tempoo honestly even though Tempoo has less facilities and is slightly on the old side the experience was the best
Medina, Marrakech
it was very attractive. I felt like it was a 5 star hotel without the price tag. The service was exceptional. Monica and her partner were so gracious and accommodating. They work really long hours and nothing was a bother. I loved my stay
Medina, Marrakech
We had great breakfasts in Morroco but this hotel had the best one . Great location 5 min from the great market and very accommodating and friendly staff it was a great firdt time in Morocco experience
Very new hotel bit out of town but with faimly it's perfect I live in 5 star hotel same area but Marrakech inn is best
Not much at all ! this is a 3 star hotel at a push with 5 star prices. Very very dissatisfied and disappointed
disgusting hotel - definitely not a 5 star hotel!! absolutely horrible. avoid at all cost
The food wasn’t up to the standard of 5 stars hotel I wouldn’t recommend it again
Medina, Marrakech
Excellent staff with 5 star hotel service. Relatively central location.
