My husband and me really enjoyed our 4 night stay in this hotel. The location is great and it's easy to access the old Medina part of Marrakesh, the new part called Gueliz with modern ships and art places and the airport. The hotel is newly refurbished, we liked our spacious clean room in white and beige tones, with a big bed, equipped with a good WiFi, a TV, air-conditioning, hairdryer and toiletries. We're greatful to Manal, Mohamed and Amal at the reception speak who speak several languages for being friendly and extremely helpful with anything we needed and making our stay really smooth and comfortable. The restaurant where we had our breakfast was very elegant and furnished with style. The staff at breakfast was very polite and offered us a nice choice of marrocain/ continental breakfast and a quick efficient service. There's a beautiful clean swimming pool on the rooftop terrace where you can see Atlas mountains far away, it was a real temptation to spend more time there rather than going to explore the city. There's also a Hammam and spa services available. We loved our stay in this hotel and will recommend it to our friends.

Special thanks for Farima Zahra Mansouri as guest relations manager who was extremely friendly to solve any needs we had. Also Fatima Ezzahra from reservations, was super friendly. The rooms were very nice, we had the view over the Tennis courts, and the road itself is filled with very useful amenities such as a salon, laundry, money exchange and groceries. The staff were always extremely friendly (with the exception of 1 new cleaner). The breakfast buffet is great, and the Patron restaurant so cosy, trendy and very nice to hang out in. Even the night-shift security guard wearing the long black blazer was so remarkably friendly, I would happily come back again ..

Great place for holidays with kids. There are pools, football, voleyball, basketball tennis pitch, ping pong table, darts. Clean rooms and hotel area around the pools and restaurants. Friendly staff, always there to help you. Animators are full of energy, speak lots of languages with great programs for everyone. Food in restaurants is fresh and looks as good as it tastes, good for vegetarians too. The trips from the hotel were excellent, friendly agent that gives us all information and advices. We went on 3 excursions that I recommend (Waterfall, 3 Valleys, camels).

Peaceful, amazing rooms, cool artwork/ statues across the ground, great staff and the best fresh fixed fruit juice I have ever had. You want a relaxing weekend with your spouse, this is the place to go. I would even bring my kids too, so relaxing and amazing pool.

Breakfast is definitely fit for a King! Moroccan dinner was exquisite! Hammam was the best I've experienced as the spa staff were warm and genuinely friendly and it was also different as we lay on a heated marble floor to be scrubbed. The indoor pool was also a delight to swim in. Overall it was a great experience as they met our requests. Kudos to the service team!

Marrakech is very colorful and vibrant. Lots to do and prices moderate although you have to negotiate everything. Restaurants vary and some are not good - we preferred restaurants in the new part if the town but would recommend to stay in the Kasbah

In my experience, Marrakech was probably the least amazing...

In my experience, Marrakech was probably the least amazing place we visited. It’s a nice city, and the medina makes you breathe in antiquity (snakes, monkeys, etc.), and the Koutoubia Mosque is beautiful. However, at times we felt uncomfortable or even in danger when walking in the streets at night—especially in the medina, but also in other central areas, where there are fewer lights than one would expect. Some people were very kind, but one night we tried to go back home from a restaurant and had to walk through the medina. Many streets were closed, and we felt like we were in a labyrinth. At some point, a suspicious man offered to walk us to the main square. Even though we knew it is better not to accept this kind of help from locals (because they usually ask for money afterward), we didn’t have a better choice. After walking for a couple of minutes, the man (who smelled like beer) asked us for 300 dirhams (€30!!!). I refused and gave him what I had (€7), but we felt in danger because he kept pushing for more money. At a certain point, the man put his hand in his pocket, and we were afraid he was about to pull out a knife. After I showed him I didn’t have any more cash, and after he saw my girlfriend was scared, he gave up and walked away. That was a very bad experience. For introverted people like us, being surrounded by people asking for money or food was not ideal. You have to haggle over everything, even for the taxi. Don’t get me wrong—we also met many kind people—but especially in the medina, the situation is pretty much like this. We enjoyed visiting small villages and admiring the beautiful landscapes much more (Merzouga, Todra, Ait Ben Haddou, Ouarzazate, etc.).

On arrival we checked in they told us they would let us know if the room was ready! We waited two hours ordering two lattes in the meantime that definitely weren't lattes more like sugary coffee water with no milk we then went to check an they took us down there was no sun lounges on the cabin we booked which is advertised in the photos there was building work going on in the cabin behind us so we asked to get some loungers brought down so we had something to enjoy the sun in! Considering we paid £200 we waited maybe an hour before anyone came down there was cigarette butts around the pool that we had been checked into on our private room neither me nor my partner smoke so was dissapointed as we hate this. They then came down an told us to move cabin so we moved to the one in front hurrying to get our stuff back in suitcase and down to the second room forgetting some of our belongings we then go back to check if we left there an gone (someone had collected them an not informed us even though they literally moved us in the 10minute period so took some of our belongings to reception without telling us). Our new cabins half the decking had collapsed and fallen through and been covered up with a rug 3 floor boards we're sticking in the air that I tripped and hurt my ankle on. The new cabin had a bath with no bath Matt and no bath plug so it was a weird bath with a hand held shower which is difficult to wash in! We didn't really understand. The next day we had hairs in our food that we ordered I informed staff an they replaced the food I noticed another hair in the second food an couldn't be asked to complain again also the tea in the morning tasted like it had salt in! Either they didn't like us or the attention to detail really isn't there. Loooks great on Instagram an update at the view but the detail is missing things and the health an safety!

Ksar Salha hotel just outside the city was fabulous.

Ksar Salha hotel just outside the city was fabulous. Everything was great. Bed, internet, comfort , highly recommend. Family run and really know what they are doing. Quiet and peaceful with great view of Atlas Mountains.
