I had a wonderful stay here with my husband, and we truly enjoyed every moment. From the moment we arrived, Ibtissam at reception was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. She welcomed us warmly, made the check-in process seamless, and was always available to assist with anything we needed. The hotel felt luxurious yet cozy, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere—especially perfect during winter. Our room was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The large, cozy bed was amazing and ensured we slept incredibly well each night. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the excellent coffee and delicious sweets, which added an extra level of comfort to our stay. Having a secure place to store our luggage was extremely convenient and allowed us to enjoy our time without any stress. Overall, this hotel combines luxury, warmth, comfort, and outstanding service. Thanks again to Ibtissam for making our stay so pleasant. We highly recommend this place and would absolutely love to return.

Wonderful and helpful staff, beautiful house and gardens. Everything you need for a restful stay. Hamman royale strongly recommended as well as the cooking class. The restaurant deserves its reputation and it is conveniently situated. Their recommendation to take a guide for a trip to the Medina was welcome and worthwhile.

We've been to Marrakech three times and will probably go...

We've been to Marrakech three times and will probably go again. We've tried most of the popular tourist trips including the Ourika and Ouzoud falls, the Atlas mountians and valleys, the desert camel and quad bike tours, hot air baloons and paragliding. All these trips were great, the family loved all of them. We always felt safe and was never harassed.

We stayed at Be Nomad Camp for one night and in hindsight should have done two. It is a great place to relax and unwind. Be Camp Nomad is located about 5kms outside of Agafay. Not as certain of the town of Agafay itself. We only drove through it and that gave an impression of lots of Quad Bike and Sand Dune buggy shops, which is not my cup of tea.

We are a family of three, travelling with our 5‑year‑old son, and chose to stay in the Medina because we wanted to experience the deeper, more authentic side of Marrakech. Staying here showed us a completely different part of the city compared to the newer areas and tourist resorts. The narrow streets, busy souks, and local neighbourhood life made our stay feel very immersive, and it was exactly what we were looking for. Despite the hustle and bustle outside, we felt comfortable and safe walking around as a family, and it was a great way to introduce our son to a new culture and way of life. Overall, staying in the Medina was a special experience and we would recommend it to families who want to really get to know Marrakech beyond the usual tourist spots.

Location is great but unfortunately, The quality of food isn't the best , The rooms are basic beds and if you're more than one person they add another bed to the one , unfortunately,they aren't the best beds . If the weather is warm remember to take a small fridge with you as they refuse to put a basic small fridge /cooler in the room for basic water . Expect low to mid quality food for high prices

Marrakesh is mainly about the markets and haggling which takes a bit of getting used to. It’s definitely quieter in the hottest part of the day between 12 and 5pm and you are under cover so we tended to shop during theses times. We visited the YSL gardens and museum which was nice although probably best to go early morning when it’s cooler. We booked online and it came in about £60 for two people for the two museums and garden ticket.Bahia Palace was also nice, cost was 100 Dirham each. We just turned up and paid it on the day. You can walk for 20 minutes or take a taxi from the Riad area to reach KFC, Pizza Hut, MacDonalds if you get a bit bored with the food. It’s important you drink a lot of water during the hot weather. It gets a bit crazy later on in the large plaza where they sell the fruit juices and food especially in the evening. Didn’t enjoy the motorcycles driving up narrow streets people walk in.
