The rooms are big with two showers and toilets. No windows to the outside, only toward the inside court. Location is the best, right on the big sqare. Breakfast is only ok. I was expecting a better breakfast. But the staff is wonderful. Treat you like kings. They let us stay and use all of the hotels' facilities even after we checked out until our flight.

The amazing staff working there was what I liked: the chef nour el Yakine who ensured everything ran smoothly also was kind enough to greet guests and make sure everyone is happy. The servers Khalid and abdellilah, simo, and many more I couldn’t remember all the names were really sweet professional, agreeable, and social, they made our stay feel like home with their big hearts and smiles. The cleaning staff were also great. the girl who took care of my room was very sweet her name was Maria perhaps but she did her best tidying up the room as much as she can with highest professionalism. The other staff of concierge and reception were really helpful and kind and made their best to assist us with what we need. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are traveling with family. The atmosphere is very friendly and the people who works there makes your stay more enjoyable and pleasant.

From our very first night to our last, he has gone beyond and above for my two boys and I. He really made our 3 nights stay and money worth every cent. We know the hotel is very good, but didn’t expected the transfer from the airport would be soo good ( essential oil for greeting, beautiful big car, fast track). A surprise for us were tokens for the Yves Saint Laurent garden, which allowed us to skip the line at any time as VIPs.

Marrakech is a beautiful and unforgettable city, but it can definitely feel intense at first. As two young women travelling alone, we experienced quite a lot of catcalling, and the busy atmosphere in the souks could sometimes feel overwhelming. The haggling and shopping were fun and part of the authentic experience, but it does take some getting used to. After a couple of days, though, we adjusted to the hustle and bustle and really started to appreciate the energy and hospitality of the city. The Moroccan people were incredibly kind. Locals were happy to chat,, give advice, or help us find our way. One of the best parts of visiting Marrakech was simply wandering through the small streets and getting lost while exploring the city. We also highly recommend visiting the Ouzoud Falls and booking a hot air balloon ride, as these ended up being some of the absolute highlights of our trip!

The most friendly staff, a great atmosphere in the hotel. The room was amazing too, great bed and I was happy that there was airconditioning. The food and drinks were a bit pricey, but I’m not complaining :)

I loved everything about the villa and not far from the centre Stayed in the Medina previously on a few occasions but much preferred the peace and quiet I ate every night in the restaurant there Only down fall was I was only there for 4 nights

It was amazing a fantastic nature and a quiet and relaxed place amazing for families. Staff were immaculate they would do anything within minutes! Rooms were clean and spacious you could book 1 room for a family of 5-6. Manager,Fatima, was a torch in the dark! She can speak 4 languages and is really nice.

Marrakesh isn't for everyone and that's fine.

Marrakesh isn't for everyone and that's fine. It's loud and chaotic and also amazingly calm and serene! It's almost impossible to describe. The souks are stunning, the people friendly and the food amazing. It's also in parts like a different world. Some characters you meet will test your ability to think straight and you might pay too much for a bowl or fake football shirt! But it's all part of the mad experience. Dip in and out, take time to drink tea on roof terraces, visit the gardens, sleep in, enjoy the riad. If you pace yourself you can get by.

My favorite spots were the pool area and the outdoor space with views of the mountains. We had dinner at the camp restaurant, where the tanjia was excellent and the evening entertainment with Gnawa music and the fire show made it even more special. Getting around Agafay is quite easy if you have transport, and for young couples, I highly recommend relaxing by the pool, enjoying sunset views, and experiencing the dinner shows for a romantic atmosphere.

I can't express how happy I was to leave Marrakesh.

I can't express how happy I was to leave Marrakesh. Its not a city break, its a sentence, its a living ordeal. We got there and considered flying to Seville the following day and I honestly regret not doing that now. We had only arrived and some street rats were "aggressively" helping us to find our hotel and then demanding money. ...then shouting at us for only giving them 3€. The main square itself is an eye opener of sexual abuse, animal abuse, fraud, swindlers, noise, chaos and everything else you don't want to witness - I seen 5 star reviews on Google and youtube influencers - its all fake - nobody enjoys this, its literally hell on earth and I'd say the reason why our european inner cities are being invaded by their youth - they don't even want to be there! We booked an excursion to the Ourika Valley that had potential to be a nice escape from Marrakesh for a day, same thing, when you arrive, its non stop people trying to milk every last drop of euro from your teet, What could be a really nice day out is totally ruined by these people. Don't believe me? well, you'll find out the hard way. go visit and then come back and tell me I'm wrong. I appreciate living in Portugal so much more for the experience.
