Hotel is new and big. We stayed in two quite exoensive riads before this and honestly this was much better for almost the same price. There is water always, and hot one, it is clean, beds are good, you can eat without a fear of geeting sick, location is in the safest neighbourhood and cloae to the city, people are nice, there is a nice rooftop bar, wifi is weak for working but was ok for whatsapp and youtube. Air doesnt smell bad in the rooms like in medina and also there is better isolation then in Riads. As I said for Marocco this is a geat hotel. Everyone speaks English and French.

We liked everything about this riad. The location within the Medina is excellent with the hustle and bustle of the main square right on the doorstep. However, once you enter the riad it is like an oasis of calm. The staff are extremely kind, friendly and attentive. The breakfast was excellent as far as choice and quality is concerned. The room was very comfortable and cleaned daily to a high standard. We would stay here again if we re-visited Marrakech.

We were completely in love with the place. The setting was stunning, and the facilities were incredible. We celebrated our three-year anniversary in a beautiful cottage with a fireplace, which made the experience even more special. Marrakesh is a good location for tourists.

Marrakesh is a good location for tourists. The Carmel and Quad bike rides, were full of lasting memories, not forgetting the memorable traditional business sites visited as stop overs. The local foods were great eye openers, especially the pepper sauce.

My favorite spots were the pool area and the outdoor space...

My favorite spots were the pool area and the outdoor space with views of the mountains. We had dinner at the camp restaurant, where the tanjia was excellent and the evening entertainment with Gnawa music and the fire show made it even more special. Getting around Agafay is quite easy if you have transport, and for young couples, I highly recommend relaxing by the pool, enjoying sunset views, and experiencing the dinner shows for a romantic atmosphere.

I loved everything about the villa and not far from the centre Stayed in the Medina previously on a few occasions but much preferred the peace and quiet I ate every night in the restaurant there Only down fall was I was only there for 4 nights

If i would come back again, I would definitely book for...

If i would come back again, I would definitely book for arranged tours because they´re not that expensive, and then buy souvenirs from the shops outside the medina like at the ourika valley hike to the waterfalls where there are shops along the hiking path and they are cheaper than the souks at the medina. If you will be at the centre and looking for a more local vibe and fair prices, go to bab doukhala and the shops around it. They´re cheaper the jmal fnaa. Restaurants are with fair prices too. Take a tajine for 100MAD, not mre. there are restaurants that charges more and its not even worth it. There are even cheaper than 100MAD. overall, i am already missing morocco and i would come back again! not in marakesh but probably go to ne cities like tangier, fes or casablanca.

Noisy, smelly and chatty city.

Noisy, smelly and chatty city. There is not much to see - pass through the main market once, enjoy mosaics from Bahia palace and leave the city for good. There is very nice garden in 30 minutes drive to the north (Anima) and mountains around. In the city itself the best park maybe is the park near the airport (with fitness trail and plenty of olive trees). Jardin Majorelle is overpriced and overcrowded, go to Anima instead. The food is great though in most of the cafes

On arrival we checked in they told us they would let us

On arrival we checked in they told us they would let us know if the room was ready! We waited two hours ordering two lattes in the meantime that definitely weren't lattes more like sugary coffee water with no milk we then went to check an they took us down there was no sun lounges on the cabin we booked which is advertised in the photos there was building work going on in the cabin behind us so we asked to get some loungers brought down so we had something to enjoy the sun in! Considering we paid £200 we waited maybe an hour before anyone came down there was cigarette butts around the pool that we had been checked into on our private room neither me nor my partner smoke so was dissapointed as we hate this. They then came down an told us to move cabin so we moved to the one in front hurrying to get our stuff back in suitcase and down to the second room forgetting some of our belongings we then go back to check if we left there an gone (someone had collected them an not informed us even though they literally moved us in the 10minute period so took some of our belongings to reception without telling us). Our new cabins half the decking had collapsed and fallen through and been covered up with a rug 3 floor boards we're sticking in the air that I tripped and hurt my ankle on. The new cabin had a bath with no bath Matt and no bath plug so it was a weird bath with a hand held shower which is difficult to wash in! We didn't really understand. The next day we had hairs in our food that we ordered I informed staff an they replaced the food I noticed another hair in the second food an couldn't be asked to complain again also the tea in the morning tasted like it had salt in! Either they didn't like us or the attention to detail really isn't there. Loooks great on Instagram an update at the view but the detail is missing things and the health an safety!
