This place was a real find - I booked for 2 nights but was still there more than a week later! The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in, the location perfect for both Gueliz and Hivernage (with a lovely little park in between) and the staff can't do enough for you, especially Ibitissam and Shaimaa!

From front desk ladies ( Manal and girls ) , the breakfast team ( fantastic breakfasts , best coffee ! ) and the cleaning ladies …… everyone serves you with big smile . Location of the hotel is great ! Not far from the airport and walk distance to main tourists attractions . The roof top pool was well maintained even in winter . Fantastic place to read , sunbathing and watch the busy world go by in the street below ……

The place itself is beautiful, but what truly made our stay unforgettable were the people. A special thanks goes to Mohsine at breakfast, incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. He even remembered small details about us, which made every morning feel personal and special. He was the one who really elevated the whole experience. Everything was amazing!!! The staff, the room, the facilities! The bathroom was sparkling once again!!! I asked 4 hours before our arrival if they could do something nice for us as newly weds and they decorated the room with rose pedals and fresh flowers!!! Everyone is very polite and helpful. I also used the indoor pool which was really clean and warm! It was our second time in a Mogador hotel and we will definitely come back!!!

The staff in the restaurant and pool area were kind / polite / attentive. Number 6 room was lovely. There is so much to look at (decor), such a lovely quiet setting. Really relaxing, plenty of space, garden lovely with birdsong, wide comfortable sun loungers. Food great, good variety of food, (fusion). Loved the sea bass dish, tart tattin, ceaser salad etc. Hammam was fun and great exfoliation.

I stayed there for one week by myself to relax and i truly had an amazing time. The villa is very beautiful designed, view and nature are absolutely amazing. The staff are fantastic and so kind, especially Ucef & Mehdi really made me feel home and very comfortable. Compliments to the chef too, the food was very good. I would definitely come back soon to this piece of paradise on earth.

I loved everything about the villa and not far from the centre Stayed in the Medina previously on a few occasions but much preferred the peace and quiet I ate every night in the restaurant there Only down fall was I was only there for 4 nights

Souks special people actually making things friendly haggling Best to get out to sites early to avoid mass groups of tourists Everything is cheap except alcohol- use a card to get this! On arrival we checked in they told us they would let us

On arrival we checked in they told us they would let us know if the room was ready! We waited two hours ordering two lattes in the meantime that definitely weren't lattes more like sugary coffee water with no milk we then went to check an they took us down there was no sun lounges on the cabin we booked which is advertised in the photos there was building work going on in the cabin behind us so we asked to get some loungers brought down so we had something to enjoy the sun in! Considering we paid £200 we waited maybe an hour before anyone came down there was cigarette butts around the pool that we had been checked into on our private room neither me nor my partner smoke so was dissapointed as we hate this. They then came down an told us to move cabin so we moved to the one in front hurrying to get our stuff back in suitcase and down to the second room forgetting some of our belongings we then go back to check if we left there an gone (someone had collected them an not informed us even though they literally moved us in the 10minute period so took some of our belongings to reception without telling us). Our new cabins half the decking had collapsed and fallen through and been covered up with a rug 3 floor boards we're sticking in the air that I tripped and hurt my ankle on. The new cabin had a bath with no bath Matt and no bath plug so it was a weird bath with a hand held shower which is difficult to wash in! We didn't really understand. The next day we had hairs in our food that we ordered I informed staff an they replaced the food I noticed another hair in the second food an couldn't be asked to complain again also the tea in the morning tasted like it had salt in! Either they didn't like us or the attention to detail really isn't there. Loooks great on Instagram an update at the view but the detail is missing things and the health an safety!

The best part of Marrakesh are the hosts at Riad Magnolia&Spa - MOUNA and MONSEF. I totally recommend spending time with them: I have been traveling around the world and around different continents and never met people like them - so kind, generous, service minded.
