Wonderful stay with exceptional staff I had a truly lovely stay at this hotel. The property itself is beautiful and very well maintained — it immediately feels welcoming and calm. From the moment you arrive, you feel comfortable and at home. What really makes this place special is the staff. Everyone is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. You can tell that they care about their guests, and that makes a huge difference. I would especially like to highlight Rachid, who practiced yoga with me every day. He is an exceptional person — warm, professional, and deeply attentive to individual needs. He takes the time to adapt the sessions and creates a very personal, supportive atmosphere. Practicing yoga with him was one of the absolute highlights of my stay. Overall, a wonderful experience thanks to the beautiful setting and truly outstanding people. I would happily return.

The place is very clean, the staff very friendly, and they allowed us to check in early. The restaurant manager, Mohame, was always helpful and willing to assist. I was delighted with everything.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We arrived early at the hotel and they let us into the room. The interior of the hotel is beautiful. The room is large. The breakfast is excellent. Parking is in front of the hotel. Free shuttle bus to the old part of the city.

It has the perfect location and the staff r really friendly and helful especially the guy who works during the night at the reception!

Wafae and Sara from the reception desk were incredibly helpful during our stay and were attentive to assisting us with any questions or needs we had.

The whole stay was perfect, starting from getting picked up at the airport, to a warm welcome at the Riad and the outstanding service we received there. My room had two toilets and bedroom and the living room and the balcony. The pool was big. Staff was nice beautiful hotel. It was slightly far from The main stuff like 15 minute drive other than that it was perfect.

Whenever I go to Marrakech, I stay at this hotel. Clean, quiet, no problems. The staff, both male and female, at the reception are respectful people. The reception is open 24 hours a day if you need any help. I advise you, when you go to Marrakech, to try this hotel and see for yourself. Especially the bathroom and toilet are clean. You will want to take a shower every hour because it is very clean.

Amazing 🤩 hotel do not look anywhere else everything is 10/10 especially receptionists day and night time both of them , the ladies at the breakfast and also the housekeepers
