It was love at first sight. The hotel is new, modern en worth to visit. The first night the service was horrible at the restaurant at the roof. But the hotel manager Sallah and Sarah solved it. The where warm and kind to us. I realy loved the way they communicated. I will come back this time around without children so i can enjoy the stay more! Dont forget to try the delicate sweets at the main floor at the restaurant. It was the most delicious dessert i ever tasted in Marokko. Thankyou!

We are very satisfied with our stay in Rabat AZ hotel. The location is perfect, clean rooms, new and fresh hotel. The stuff was perfect, especially ALAE, very attentive and kind person, we forgot our passports in the room and moved to Chefchaouen, it is a long way from Rabat, 5-6hours by bus…of not ALAE we should have return to Rabat to get our passports and then back to Chefchaouen🤯 unbelievable trip…but thanks to ALAE he organized to get our passports and saved us from huge problems. He was in contact till we get them every hour. He was unbelievably attentive and kind. I will never forget his human behavior against stangers..to avoid the kind of a stress we will have if not him. Many many thanks to ALAE🙏 In the future if we will return to Rabat, for sure will stay in AZ hotel for the service we received thanks to ALAE. Best regards

Starting from front desk receptionist Najwa, with welcoming nice smile and explanations, and proposal to take away our breakfast very early morning, as we left hotel at 5:45 am. Thanks to staff for professional service. BAR COFFEE on the top roof ( Azour restaurant) with a very nice view to Rabat fro top. Don't miss to visit this nice terrace.

Transfer from airport is quick.

Transfer from airport is quick. Staying in the medina straight away gives you the flavour of Morocco past and present which sets you up for the rest of your trip. A visit to Challa mosque and its surrounding area reminds you that Morocco is also modern and progressive.

We went in January - summer may be different.

We went in January - summer may be different. The medina is very good - extensive but not too big. You can get pleasantly lost but not too lost! there are lots of different stalls, and plenty of eateries too. Just outside in the new town, which is also very pleasant. A nice mix of old and new, and also the sea.

Perfect location, beautiful Riad with nice big and very clean rooms. The service is excellent t. Hasnae, Issam and Ayoub will do everything they possibly can to make you feel welcome. Nice breakfast too!! Dogfriendly place.
