Eveything was sooo great at this hotel.

My third stay at Smart Hotels Agdal Rabat and it keeps getting better every time! The location is perfect literally a few steps from the train station and mall.The staff are exceptional. Yasmine and Asma at reception are always warm, professional, and super helpful with everything I needed. Ashraf in the restaurant is outstanding incredibly friendly with genuine 5-star service (sorry if i forgot the other names).

Staff is great, Ayoub and Dua helped me and my grandma. We needed a place to stay because of her docters appointments. They handled our luggage even though we were only staying one night for several days.

Absolutely wonderful friendly service from the moment we arrived was the highlight at STORY Le Carrousel. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful, too many individuals to mention but they are exceptional. The location on the seafront is also superb, rooms are large and comfortable and the breakfast is superb.

Amazing and spacious room and comfy beds. It was good to find two water bottles in our room, especially in summer. The hotel is in a very good location close to the city centre. The breakfast was very good. I strongly recommend the hotel.

Excellent Hotel with great and friendly staff. Tramway is walking distance and connect all rabat districts. Plenty of shopping mall and restaurants nearby Will definitely come back

I have stayed in the Gardenia serveral times and every time it is a very pleasant experience, which I strongly recommend, especially the good breakfirst and the friendly and helpful staff.

Generous, all staff extremely friendly and helpful. Especially, Stefan in the Golden Fish restaurant, Youssef the Deputy Director and Hasna, the Hostess in the Shisha Bar. They all went out of their way to may my stay possible and very, very pleasant.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel La Tour Hassan Palace in Rabat. From the moment we arrived, we received such a warm welcome from the manager, Miriam. She immediately made us feel comfortable and truly cared for. We were even surprised with an upgrade to a beautiful suite, which made our stay extra special. During our stay, we were spoiled with delicious treats and every single day the staff kindly asked if we were satisfied or if we needed anything. That personal attention really meant a lot to us. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, including the team at breakfast. The breakfast itself had a wide variety of choices and everything was fresh and well prepared. What makes this hotel special is not only the comfort and service, but also the atmosphere the staff creates. They make you feel genuinely welcome, almost like family. We are extremely satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rabat.

A good choice for stay and exploring Rabat, 5-10 min. on foot from Rabat Ville Railway Station. Welcoming staff, ready to help and offer useful info when needed, clean and modern room with a small balcony, good buffet breakfast and an oportunity to refresh your French language!

the hotel is splendid. the room is perfectly clean and isolated from the outside sounds. it was relaxing ! the location is also very good (near from the médina, grand mosque and royal garden).
