It was our first time in Morocco, and the staff took care of us very well! They guided us on how to best navigate the city and the best places to see. We arrived later than we thought and had no time to find dinner, but the staff was willing to accommodate us. The driver was very friendly, and I highly recommend booking an airport charter with them, as the riad could be difficult to find the first time. The riad is situated right at the heart of the markets, only a short walk and you're immediately in the bustle of the markets. The riad staff advised us to haggle and I was happy to do so as Indonesians have the same culture of haggling. Inside the rooms were very clean. The AC worked perfectly and the bed was very comfortable. The call to prayer nearby was helpful, as it was like an alarm to wake me up just in time. A small detail: the shampoo in their bathroom made my hair look the best its ever been in my life, and I wish I knew better French so I could ask where they got it from! The breakfast was phenomenal, everything was fantastic. The fruits, yoghurt, bread was delicious. Although the menu stayed the same, I didn't mind eating the same thing as it was good. We would definitely come again!

I was very satisfied with my stay at the riad. The room was comfortable and the staff was kind, helpful, and welcoming. During our conversations, they knew that we would be waking up earlier than the usual breakfast time because of an excursion the next day. Without us even asking, they took the initiative to prepare a breakfast bag for us with food, juices, and water. It was a very thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated as a group. A lovely experience overall.
