The decor and design in the yard and in the rooms is top notch, facilities are great, the location is great and it seemed to me cheaper than more central Riads too. What is also important is that it’s located strategically very close to some must see sites and nice restaurants and also it is in the area closer to the airport. Apart from that, everyone working here is super friendly and welcoming. The area is supposed to be more quiet than the medina, and it is, but certainly not at all boring, on the contrary very lively, but not just with tourist crowds like the medina, but with more local vibes.

The property / room were clean and tidy and the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night, however, would have been more than happy to stay longer. The breakfast was delicious and we were able to store our bags and relax whilst waiting for our taxi to the airport. Great location. Highly recommend!
