Spacious room, nice & quiet despite being just off One of the main roads, comfy bed & loved the Kit Kats & complimentary bottles of water in the fridge!
Check in staff really friendly and helpful also!

I was on a trip to visit relatives who live close by and to attend an event in the city. It was just an overnight stay and just adequate for my needs. Cronulla is a really beautiful place to visit and this Cronulla Motel could and should be upgraded to a standard for the area. I have stayed at Motels right in Sydney for $130 with much better facilities even though only classed as 3 Stars. Cronulla Motel is a disgrace and except for clean linen it needs an inspection of Occupational Health and Safety as it would not pass in its current state of cleanliness or facilities. The street we stayed was narrow and hard to find parking, but the views were good. Its a fair distance from the main shopping centre, so you would need a car for transport. Great place to visit with plenty of locals and traffic to provide a buzz. The shops on the mall were plentiful and a good variety. Also plenty of eateries to give a good variety of food. We enjoyed Johnny Hu - a Chinese style restaurant with excellent food. Tried Ms Dumplings and Gyros Greek food was excellent. I knew my purpose was to revisit a community where I grew up 60 years ago. I was not disappointed. I went for the beach location because I grew up on the same beachfront. The house was irrelevant regarding whether I liked it or not but it was clean and sufficient for my needs. It was not the Ritz but not the Pits either.
