- From $632.42 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.6Excellent - What previous guests thought, 356 reviewsWe loved the relaxed atmosphere lounging by the pool and at the sea. I think the service could have been a bit better in these areas (staff didn't really come around to offer drinks). The service everywhere was exceptional. Just a note for those booking on the top floors, the view is lovely but you see the roof mainly of the floor below, we tried to move rooms but there was nothing with a clear view of the sea (despite us upgrading to a terrace to have this view!). However, the room was lovely and we did enjoy sipping wine on the terrace. It is a wonderful hidden gem - small, boutique feel but elegant and great restaurants nearby (no shopping). We loved our stay as a treat at the end of a very busy Riviera holiday!Guest review byKellyCanada

Beautiful city. Rocky beaches.
Beautiful city. Rocky beaches. Awesome beach clubs (we did Castel Plage). Delicious food. More cafes than you can shake a stick at! Went in mid-July and the weather was just absolutely perfect! Blue sky and azure waters. No rain except one small drizzle. Walked beaucoup, took the tram, Ubers, and the ZOU! regional train. Visited Monaco, Cannes, and the nearby mountaintop medieval village of Eze. Stayed 8 full days and loved every minute of it. So relaxing. It's busy in Vieux Nice, but not overwhelmingly packed or crowded like Venice. Would go back in a heartbeat!Guest review byTimothyUnited States - 8.0
Mostly disappointed with pollution!
Mostly disappointed with pollution! Smoking is allowed everywhere. Worst ever on all my trips! Beaches are pretty dirty! And the seawater is very dirty. I did not expect this! Very disappointing this time. I'll never go back. There are many prettier places for a real vacation and rest!Guest review byTatjanaCanada - 10.0
Menton is beautiful.
Menton is beautiful. A perfect stop along a fab coastline of towns and villages both in France and over the border in Italy. The town itself is buzzing with cafes, shops and restaurants. The old world charm of the town remains and it isn't over- commercialised. Beaches are lovely, with warm, clear water, mind the stony sand though. The area felt unspolit. An ideal spot to base yourself to travel around the regions, close to Nice airport, Cannes, Antibes, Monaco and Italy. Public transport was fine, trains and Ubers, local buses were infrequent. We loved The New Bar on the pier, a basic pub with music and friendly staff. Menton is hilly, especially around Menton Garavan (port area) so avoid if you've mobility issues or young children, better to locate in the town itself. Recommend a sunrise swim, beautiful to see the sun rise and reach the Basicilica St Michael, a must visit tourist site.Guest review bymaeveIreland - 8.0
Antibes is a lovely town with a lot to explore.
Antibes is a lovely town with a lot to explore. The small narrow streets in the old town are wonderful and you never know what’s around the next corner. There are so many squares with good food at them all. A little knowledge of French would make thing’s easier but by no means necessary.Guest review byJohnIreland - 10.0

Clean beaches, friendly people, good selection of shops in the various areas. Plenty of historic places to visit if you are so inclined. We were there during some celebration and there were fireworks at night, and a lovely night-market along the waterfrontGuest review byGillianCanada - 8.0

there are no 5star hotel groups there.. no Mario's or sheratons or Hiltons ? wonder why ?? the hotels are overpriced for the value we get. But the city is lovely and a very nice place to visit. Ie. the Breakfast place where we stay - the older generation with old mentality are Races and Rude, but the new younger generation are very nice and polite. I thin the older ones have their pains in the Ass..s to worryGuest review byRajuHong Kong - 10.0
Great market. Excellent butches.
Great market. Excellent butches. Good train links to other towns on the coast. Ferry well worth using to Saint Tropez. Taxis helpful and reasonably priced. The town, beach and services are lovely, nice to walk round. Good shopping too.Guest review byAlisonUnited Kingdom - 6.0
I know Montecarlo for many years .
I know Montecarlo for many years . In my opinion it has not improved but deteriorated. The public of today is definitely made of people who want to be seen in Monaco or are looking to snap a fortune. The casino unheard off requires a passport and an entrance fee. It looks like they are desperate to make money in the absence of habitual rich gamblersGuest review byvon PalaceNamibia - 10.0
It's simply wonderful.
It's simply wonderful. The town is just the right size, not too big yet not too small. All the facilities are within walking distance. There are lots of bars, reataurants and shops, including supermarkets. The beach is great, too. It's not overcrowded. The prices in some eatieries might seem too high, but it's possible to find some affordable places.Guest review byZygmuntPoland - 8.0

Beausoleil is within walking distance of the centre of Monaco and much more affordable than Monaco accommodation. There is a hop on, hop off bus but most things are within walking distance if you are of a reasonable fitness and you get a better feel of the place too. Food can be relatively inexpensive, so you don't have to spend a fortune. Great place to stay for a couple of days and see all the sights.Guest review byjayneUnited Kingdom
