We chose it because it was very affordable in terms of price. When we booked it, we received feedback about additional costs - extra payment for the view of Lake Balaton, that there are no towels in the rooms, etc. However, everything was as it should be, clean and tidy, nice bathroom, towels in the bathroom, hair dryer... little things that make the stay more pleasant. The only complaint is that the room was quite small, but it didn't bother us at all, since we also had a balcony (all rooms have them as I saw). A room with a view of the lake since the hotel is right on the shore and close to the center of Siofok. It is surrounded by numerous excellent restaurants, so we didn't make it to the hotel restaurant. The staff was extremely friendly, always at your service. The parking lot is a few hundred meters from the hotel, cheap, and after check-out we were told that we have to pay for each additional hour of using the parking lot, since we wanted to stay a few more hours, but in the end they "gifted" us free parking for that time. I must say that the hotel has its own beach, very nice and clean, equipped with all the necessary furniture. Fantastic view of the lake, swimming and being on that beach is a real pleasure. Nice city, definitely suitable for a holiday. The center near the port is beautiful, well-kept. Around the road to the port there are many options to satisfy your thirst and hunger. As cyclists, we really liked the well-marked bike paths. There is a beautiful promenade on the shore with stalls selling local products. You can rent a colorful boat to ride on the lake, or take a train for a half-hour ride around the city. There is always something going on on the promenade too. Not so friendly stuff workers and people, without empaty.... Sadly.. Heviz termal lake very expensive for nothing, They close vital bar 15 minutes before closing. 3 young girls, 1 young boy is rude and arogant. Very dissapointed. They so us to came in bar 20 minutes to bar,no one come to ask for serve. When we personaly come to waiter and want to take like self service. He said :IT'S CLOSED!!! Nice and serene place by the lake. A couple of restaurants by the lake, which was nice. People there don't speak english, but most know german.
