I used to come this town and visit Baba Baijnath for 40 years appox. Now town expanded but more crowded. Roads are better maintained and temple is better maintained. Good residential hotels, restaurants, Airport & other communications developed. Sight seeing places are better maintained and worth seeing now. All must visit Ravneshwar Mahadeva a Jyotirlinga Baba Baijnath at least once and also enjoy the beauty of hills, forest, Satsangha, Devsangha, near by Basukinath, Tapoban, Rope way etc.Guest review byUTPALIndia - 8.0

Though people mostly visit for business purposes, but it has quite a few tourist attractions also such as the Jubilee park, the nearby Dimna lakes and adjoining hills. Ranchi is not a place i would recommend for european tourists. I was there to se England v India cricket. There is absolutely nothing in Ranchi to attract tourists.
