ChinaWe loved Fireflies Kabini. The staff went above and beyond to help us. I have food intolerances and they even made me some special foods :-) Unfortunately, my husband got sick within a day after we arrived, but they were very helpful in being sure he had what he needed. The beds were comfortable and a nice selection of toiletries was provided. They arranged our safaris and a bull cart ride in front of the resort, plus recommended another spot to visit for birdwatching. There was beautiful landscaping, two nice lotus ponds, plentiful birds, and the bonfires at night were nice. The swimming pool looked great, and others seemed to enjoy it, but we chose to just relax in the shelter by it. I enjoyed the birdwatching :-)

IndiaI liked its location by the river.. though it is extremely far from any airport , we were justified in coming to this beautiful resort. all our tiredness disappeared. the staff were exceptional in their duty to make us most comfortable. The chalet, or what was called Pool Reserve bungalow, which we had , was beautifully preserved and designed and had all the amenities one would wish for. A truly relaxing resort.

Manager Binoy is great host who truly takes care of his guest making sure we had the best possible experience of Wayanad and of our staying at the hotel. His team is dedicated and was careful and attentive to every our need, they were so kind and welcoming. And the last but not the least is the chief of the hotel who made absolutely unforgettable dinners, it was so delicious. All the staff were very attentive and professional. Mr. Nagraj at the restaurant stands out for his helpful nature. The food was always very interesting, the menus varied and delicious. Property is beautiful and very well maintained. Rooms are neat clean and big for families to stay comfortably. Bathroom are big. Having a kind of deck outside every room to sit and relax, have morning and evening tea with a spectacular view is just too good. The staff is very very helpful and pleasing. Always smiling and happy to help. Binoy the Manager and Shaad assistant were always there to answer all queries. Quick shopping can be done in the nearby marketplace but with no vehicle of your own becomes a challenge as the vehicle hiring cost is high. The drawback was that if you are looking for fast service or want to pickup snacks drinks etc then it’s not available in the property. That was a bit of a put off on the night we arrived. Some ready made snacks even from the menu not available on request. That takes away from experience of holidaying. Could be a challenge for families with small kids.Guest review byBrajesh - 10.0

The best part about Evolve Back was the care and attention provided by the entire team. From the management to the housekeeping personnel, courtesy, polite behavior, and helpfulness were genuinely palpable. Interacting with the chefs, naturalists, housekeeping staff, attendants, and boatmen was a delight. Their behavior and the feel they imparted at every step of our stay will be remembered and propagated for a long time! This place is too far from all the main tourist attractions. So if you stay here, you will have to be prepared for at least 2 hour of drive in one direction. Mananthavady is a beautiful town, very close to Karnataka (from Mysore) and lives up well to the Wayanad fame! Places like Banasura dam with it's pristine landscape and boating opportunities, Karlad lake and Thirunelly and Thrisallery temples and a possible hiking opportunities in and around make it an ideal spot for a weeklong trip!Guest review byPrashanthNew Zealand
