The hotel is a perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The surroundings were stunning, the staff was very pleasant, we enjoyed our time at the hotel very much. The room is quite big. It is decorated with paintings and hand made ornaments originating from Myanmar. There is a kettle ,a small fridge and a large TV.The hotel also provided beach towels. In addition to the comfortable accomodations, the hotel offered a restaurant with a stunning view of the sunset every evening. We were able to have an amazing breakfast every morning ( soup,rice/noodles, eggs, bacon, toast, fruits, pancakes, jam, butter, honey, juice, tea, coffee). We also had lunch and dinner in the restaurant ,because the food was delicious. The waiters were attentive and very friendly. Reception area was comfortable and welcoming. Thida helped us with booking the tours, massage therapy and other small requests:) The housekeeping staff was efficient and attentive. Everyone was caring about our needs to ensure that we were enjoying our stay. The manger of Yoma Cherry is a charming lady. Sue was always friendly, helpful and thoughtful. Thank you so much for making our holidays so wonderful ❤️Guest review byAyrinUkraine

I was super fortunate to experience the local cuisine at both Oliver's Laguna Lodge and at other restaurants. A special mention MUST be made to Mr June's - absolutely the best! That along with a few others, including on the little island that one can walk to if the tide is low but there is a tiny ferry to take you across the water if the tide is higher. The views and location are a tropical paradise on the beach, the water is magnificent, sunsets bring people together in those 15 minutes of united attention paid. The local people are warm and accommodating, offering trinkets and snack aplenty. You can rent a scooter for the day or travel by Tuk Tuk. There honestly isn't a night life except going to the different restaurants but be warned that their last orders are usually taken around 20h00. Seafood and salads are the name of the game in most cuisine, Rhakine style spicy is one to try out if you are feeling adventurous. I also have to mention the Chinese Beef Noodles at the Chinese restaurant - simple but some of the best noodles I have ever had in my life. Alcohol may vary but fresh coconuts are absolutely sublime. If you want, most places allow corkage, so just go buy your wine at the local liquor store on the way to your restaurant. I highly recommend trying out the smaller delicacies available at the street food vendors. Life is an adventure at Ngapali - a little slice of heaven - without the massive crowds of other SE Asian countries.Guest review byDominique DBVLSouth Africa - 10.0
Ngapali was a fantastic experience.
Ngapali was a fantastic experience. Long, wide, sandy beaches. Great for walks. I would have stayed longer and will definitely return. Very easy place to get around and plenty of food options available at multiple eateries. Beautiful sunsets!Guest review byErinUnited Kingdom
