Initially, I had booked accommodation for my mom (who resides in PNG) and my younger sister from Melbourne. However, plans changed, and I needed to include two additional sisters traveling from Brisbane. The process of modifying my booking was seamless, thanks to Norah (who I believe is the manager). She made things incredibly easy by suggesting a WhatsApp group for communication, which was perfect as I am based in Australia. This level of attentiveness and adaptability made the booking process stress-free.
2. Peaceful Surroundings:
My family members who stayed there couldn’t stop talking about how peaceful and serene the surroundings were. They felt like they could truly escape and enjoy a tranquil, beautiful setting—a rare find in busy Mount Hagen.
