The house had absolutely everything someone could need, whether regarding the kitchen accessories (even having a Weber grill outside!!) or for enjoying the beach (beach chairs, snorkeling gears, towels, cooler, ice packs, etc.). There was also a variety of spices and basic things to cook, which makes it a lot easier rather than having to buy everything for very small use. Water 18L bottle also provided. The house is very spacious and comfy, and the very big terrace was also very appreciated. Would recommend anytime !

I love the convenience of having the sliding door and, our own little patio area to hang out with beautiful plantation around us. It’s only a few steps away from the pool.

Good value, very clean. You need a rental car to see the rest of the island. Maybe a list of local drivers in the room would be nice for those not wanting to rent a car.

The property is absolutely beautiful! Each room looks inviting as depicted in the pictures. We love all of the glass throughout the property along with the manicured landscaping. Alessandro and Vince were very hospitable and some of the nicest people who took care of our needs which made for a pleasant vacation. The pool was nice along with the rooftop. The villa was pretty private but allowed for access to the beach. There were a couple of hiccups but Alessandro was quick to address the problems. We utilized the recommended chef and the food was very delicious. We would definitely come back to visit again.

Loved everything about this property. The staff is fabulous and so attentive. They don’t hesitate to help. The phone they give you to call taxis on the island is such a nice help

The location was so quiet and the staff we interacted with Wenie and Jefferies were exceptional. And having access to the beach with a lounge chair and umbrella was amazing.

Good location, hot and sunny, but can be windy weather so be careful of sunburn. Great beaches and snorkelling; local sea life on the reefs is amazing. Easy to get about with a hire car (drive on left like UK so get a right hand drive car). Side roads are quiet. The central highway can be a bit frenetic though. Good seafood. Great local beer. Good shops to buy own provisions, can be home from home, e.g. with Waitrose goods! However, expect US pricing and tip regime; sometimes up to 20% and also add local taxes!

Five Cays is 25 minutes away from the tourist zone and it's one of the original settlements... so it's local. We chose to stay on the Chalk Sound side to experience the low key natural setting of the island. Omar's Hut, Chalkies and Las Brisas are the only restaurants in the area. You need stop for groceries to stock up as there are no convenient stores. If you want shiny all-inclusive resorts, stay in Grace Bay.

Not being from the island is difficult to answer.

Not being from the island is difficult to answer. Never really knew where we were, didn't care. It all seemed the same to me. However access to the beaches were practically in arms reach. Finding them wasn't difficult if your willing to explore, call them "happy accidents". Gas is expensive, but everything is so close we only filled up once--just to oblige the car rental company.

The stay was excellent. The view was amazing. The property was clean. The host was friendly and helpful. I will recommend it to my friends and coworkers any time they would like to travel to Turks and Caicos. I didn’t think the rates for our stay was unreasonable. Getting around was easy. We went to some cool place and ate some really good food.

I was expecting more sights , overall extremely bad value for money . Restaurants far too expensive as are products in the supermarkets . Staff in most hotels were rude or indifferent . (Beaches was the exception , with all staff extremely pleasant and professional ). The various Beaches are nice but could be cleaner. I will not be back .

We stayed for two weeks, and that was a bit too long, even with flying to Grand Turk for a day. If I were to go back, I would stay for a week or a little less, and I would most likely stay in the Grace Bay area instead of Five Cays Settlement. Five Cays Settlement is beautiful, but a bit too lacking in things to do. Most of the boat tours, snorkeling, diving, etc. go out of Grace Bay. If you stay in Five Cays Settlement and want to do more than hang out on the beach that's nearby, you'll need to rent a car and drive about 15-20 minutes away through an industrial area that not attractive and is not a lot of fun with all the dust the big trucks throw.

    (1) The host(owner of property or perhaps manager) Rachel was spectacular. She was friendly, helpful and pro-active. She anticipated your needs. She was everywhere doing everything to help with service. (2) Property exceptionally well maintained and decorated and pristinely groomed and cleaned. (3) Great attention to restocking and cleaning of villas. (4) Amazing panoramic view of water from deck in Chalk Sound view villas. (5) The food, service and ambience in the restaurant was top shelf. Highly recommend the grouper entrée, the mahi mahi tacos, cerviche and avocado salad. (6) Short walks to Chalk Sound beach and associated sun bathing as well as hotel water recreational activity. Sopadilla Beach an equallly short walk in the other direction which was beautiful and quaint with a mixture of tourists and locals. Sunset there was spectacular. Locals have food and drink stands. Highly recommend the rum punch and grilled lobster from the beach stands. And find Anthony if he is still around and likely he will be.
