Tea and coffee options need to be topped up in the kitchen with some milk offering for guests on each floor. Two glasses should be placed in each room. A second luggage rack would be good as only one guest gets to use this. Lamps on either side of the bed is a must and should both be working.

We love the location of the property and the set up with an open lounge and kitchen on each floor plus a kitchen. Breakfast offers many options and the coffee is good. Meets all my need as a group traveller.

Beautiful airy hotel - more like a private house - with lovely rooms and sitting-room, pool and restaurant areas. Also readily walkable to other places to eat and easy access into central Colombo

I was not sure when they cleaned the room, but the stuff is really nice. There was someone a couple of days monopolising the washing machine and drying area, as well as the fridge (his stuff was spread all over the shelves). Sharing spaces can sometimes be tricky. It would be good to keep women travelling alone on the same floor, as it is more comfortable for us to share spaces with other women. The breakfast is alright, but it can improve.

It is good value for the price. Also, it is very pretty, simple with good taste. The shared areas are nice too. The kitchen is useful to cook and keep your food or wash and iron your clothes. It feels like home, whether if you are staying for a short or longer stay. Shame the weather was too hot, the terrace is great.

The property exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff courteous. The breakfast is fresh and the options adequate. There is a wide assortment of books and magazines that one can read in the common areas. I would love to stay here again.

Nothing comes to mind, everything was amazing. One thing to highlight is the gates into the area (for security). For early departures, best to have the hotel arrange your taxi.

The C-Block entrance road is blocked off at night and it would be helpful if the property listed mentioned that and gave instructions to go in via D-Block entrance. When we arrived and found this problem we were unable to contact 24 hour reception and we only managed to arrive at the property through perseverance of the taxi driver. I checked the listed number with reception the next day and discovered a 1-digit error which I reported to Booking.com

Bright modern and spacious communal areas, all very clean. Bedroom and en-suite facilities had everything you needed - there were enough accessible sockets and everything was clean. Staff were all friendly and helpful, especially the night porter who helped us in at 3am when we arrived. Uber seemed easily available from property to get to tourist sites. 2 Metro stations are relatively close by.
