We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

South AfricaThe uncleanness of the floors and the fact that now you pay a security fee at arrival but it's not communicated in the booking.com app. It was not explained properly the security fee is for what exactly, my safety or their safety. Things need to be added to their website and booking apps so we know what is expected and be able to have alternatives. Cleaning staff needs to do proper cleaning under bed instead of just cleaning where the eye meets. Put shower caps as well to the bathroom or mentioned that you don't provide because now I did not bring mine thinking I'll get 1 since other hotels I've been are providing them. Find a better rack for your body wash and body lotion, the ones you have are not proper, I always struggle to use them because of how they are installed or displayed
I liked that it's quiet and everything else is accessible.

The location is amazing, literally everything is so near. The place is clean and the staff is excellent. I honestly cannot complain.
