Wonderful parks.

I asked for a ground floor room when I arrived at 2pm.
I asked for a ground floor room when I arrived at 2pm. I was told I could not check in until 3pm but could get a ground floor room then. I said I would be back later to check-in. When I came back I was told my room was on the 3rd floor & the elevator was broken. My husband cannot do stairs. Eventually we were given a ground floor room but it took quite a long while to get us checked in. I also did not think the food selection was very good. Doubt I would recommend this one & probably will pay a little extra & stat somewhere else next time.

We arrived well before check in time, and the staff accommodated us and got us into a room as soon as possible. The staff even gave us some details about child friendly places in the Dyersburg area since we arrived early. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this hotel to anyone passing through the area.
