A really fun place to visit.
A really fun place to visit. The heat was a bit of an issue but we made it work. We stayed at The Venetian which I highly recommend. We went to the EVO gaming convention and NBA Summer League. Both were really entertaining. Plenty of restaurants and shopping. Easy to get cabs or Uber to get around. I plan to go back.

Las Vegas has changed, machines don't pay off as much like way back when, but it's still a fun time, great food places to choose from, the drinks are very cold, and in most cases the staff is friendly and helpful. It's a great place to get away and relax, just know that you're not going to hit the Mega Jackpot...LOL Las Vegas P.D. does a Great job in keeping people protected, and peace on the strip, it takes a special person to wear a badge, thank you for your hard work!! I Enjoyed Mmy Short stay. I didn't like my Bed Pillows at The Flamingo. They also could have MUCH BETTER housekeeping service on the Outside Smoking area near the The Flamingo Pool. The tables were Dirty my entire three days there.The Madame Tussauds wax museum closed an Hour Early than stated on the website. Just need a little upgrade on the whole hotel . Actually lower the price cause the look of it the feeling when your in it , sleeping in it .The wait time for the elevator is insane never again . The main thing overall was the prices in the casinos. Many places wouldnt even put a price on their advertisement even for simple things like beer. Then you find the beer (Budweiser) 18oz is $24 yep that's not a misprint. Shots even of cheap vodka were $15 and food, well, food was the same. Get out of casino and prices go down get off strip prices really go down. But the main point for Vegas is the Strip and its to much now. I love going to Las Vegas and especially all places you can take children to visit. There are so many options to choose from. We went to several places including Nathan Burton magic show to the Paradox museum they were great. We ate at Hell’s Kitchen which was fantastic! I had a great time and didn’t even gamble! Only downside is the temperature in summer time but that is why try staying indoors unless need to get from one place to another.
