The facilities were superb. The staff were all very friendly and helpful too. Our room was lovely - it was spacious, clean, tidy and very comfortable.

Great to be a 5 minute walk from the strip and opposite the Miracle Mile mall with plenty of food outlets and shopping . No casino which was exactly what we wanted & self contained.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa for a 3 night stay. The room, location and facilities are just perfect for a family. What I especially loved, was not having to walk through a casino to get to our room. Which is just what we had done with 2 nights at the Bellagio!! Was so glad to move to the Grand Marriott Chateau. This hotel has so much space, with full kitchen, lounge and washer/dryer. I would have given this stay a 10/10 however on the second night we had no hot water on returning to our room at 10pm. Maintenance spent over 30mins in our room looking into it and unfortunately couldn't fix it. We all had to go without showers that night and the following morning. I requested a room change which they were happy to provide, it was just a real hassle to have to pack everything up and move for one night. We did get a small credit on our room stay which helped.

The hotel doesn’t have any public entertainments, so there is no noisy people traffic like in Bellagio or Venetian. Complementary valet parking service. There is a small empty fridge in the room. The location is rather good, it’s 10-15 minutes walk to Bellagio and 30-40 minutes to Treasure Island. Friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is a minute's walk from the middle of the strip. We took a family suite that includes a living room that opens into a bed, a kitchen, a bedroom that includes a bath and shower, and another bedroom that includes a double bed and a sofa that opens into a bed and bath. The suite is huge and very clean. There is a small supermarket in the hotel. And mostly quiet from all the hustle and bustle of the strip.

Good location near The Strip. Room ("villa") was huge and quiet. Plenty of room for your stuff. Eleven minutes to the airport by cab. Plenty of elevators, no long waiting times to get to your floor. Non-smoking hotel. Nice and clean.

amazing location just off the strip - although right now I’d avoid it (June/July 2023) because roadworks make getting Ubers/Taxis so hard. Rooms are amazing, new and super comfortable with everything you need.
