    Sadly they need to do alot of work on the room we stayed in.

    Sadly they need to do alot of work on the room we stayed in. It wasn't clean and we were too tired from a long drive to change. The internet was down when we got there not their fault. Only one of my keys worked. The hanging smoke detector just seemed like no one cared.

    My family was visiting for 4th of July boating trip.

    My family was visiting for 4th of July boating trip. After a long day on the lake we ate at Wings and rings...which is within walking distance from the hotel. Getting in and out with boats attached to trucks was very easy to maneuver. They even have additional parking next to the hotel if you cannot fit your boat within the parking lot which is nice. If you plan on docking at burnside you definitely want to stay at this hotel. It is within a 10 minute drive.

    Mellow Mushroom has the best pizza in town . Best beer prices are at Walmart . Never go to the Mcdonald's at 131 s hwy 27 and 80 in the early morning hours has the slowest and dumbest crew i have ever seen .

    My husband and I went up to see our 10 day old grandson, after walking out of the hotel every morning had to disinfect ourselves our clothing everything because of the deplorable conditions of this property. I am absolutely completely disgusted by the conditions in the service of this property. You will be hearing from me.

    The hotel was amazing, stayed in Somerset for Lake Cumberland, my spouse, myself and a friend stayed here and went Kayaking. The lake is so beautiful. If you’re thinking about going kayaking here, the best place we found to put ours in the water was at General Burnside Island State Park! Also, check out Buffalo Wings and Ring for dinner! Amazing!!

    I had low expectations as it was one of the cheaper hotels in the area, but it was a great hotel. We checked in after midnight and the gentleman working the front desk was super friendly and explained what was needed quickly and efficiently. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. There was a full buffet breakfast with plenty of options and was delicious. I would definitely book here again!

    What breakfast? There was a coffee shop where you could buy breakfast, but we did not. Coffee that was for sale was very good. Very clean, nicely decorated hotel. Great staff!
