This is such a fantastic place—much better than your average Motel 6. I just needed a place for the night for attending a friend's wedding. However, I wish I had more time at this fantastic property. Everything was beyond what I expected—including a graciously granted early check-in (much appreciated for changing into my wedding clothes), (really good) complimentary coffee in the lobby, and great customer service by the staff. The room itself was very comfortable and quiet. There is no reason to spend more money at the other places in Sidney, when you can get amenities just as good (if not better!) at Motel 6.

    Sidney was a nice enough town.

    Sidney was a nice enough town. The young lady at the Traveler Info Center was very helpful in locating the America's Best motel and the young lady at Day's Inn was very accomodating in getting us in to a room for the night. The only thing that lefts a bad taste in my mouth was the encounter at the America's Best Motel.

    Crossing Nebraska and Wyoming constitutes a very long...

    Crossing Nebraska and Wyoming constitutes a very long stretch along I-80 and I have consistently found Sidney NE to be a perfect stopping point with several hotels, fast food and restaurants and conveniently close shopping (primarily Walmart and the hardware store).

    I only stayed in Sidney because it was a good distance to stop from Salt Lake City heading East. I did not do any kind of touring around, not that I think there was much to see. I was only there overnight. Several fast food options. And several chain restaurants.

    I liked Sidney Ne everyone was friendly and it was easy to get around and we ate at grandma jo the food was awesome and friendly staff and we went to the city park it was great and the people where friendly there to and we went shopping at wal mart we had a great time can't wait to go back

    I live in a city and it's nice to spend time in a small town where you can enjoy the silence and fresh air. I didn't have time to visit any of the local shops this trip, but I usually look forward to going to Cabela's and the downtown shops.

    Nice hotel! Good price for the room and inexpensive pet fee. Easy on and off from the freeway, set back from road enough so there was no street noise. Good parking lot, well lit. Within a block of restaurants and fast food places. Full hot breakfast, nice warm atmosphere. Got a pet friendly room that was easy to get to from the parking lot, close to ice machine vending and laundry, but not close enough to hear for traffic or the machines. Had a fridge, microwave and comfortable beds.

    The location is right off the freeway. I loved that they were pet friendly although they couldn't guarantee me a 1st floor room. I did get one, which I appreciated. The staff was very nice. I didn't use the pool but it looked fun and it was open til midnight!!! that is a bonus. They did ok with a covid friendly breakfast.

    You can they are new owners, but they are working hard to make improvements Very friendly & helpful. Clean & comfortable. The wifi was very strong. Nice to see a non-chain hotel still around. 🤩 Their recommendation of The Rock Bar & Grill was spot on! Thank you for a wonderful stay in Sidney, NE.

    It was as expected for a Motel 6. The staff was helpful and pleasant. there was a "lounge" at the end of the hall near the guest laundry which looked nice. There was a microwave and mini-fridge in the room, as expected the room was otherwise minimalist - no comfortable chair to sit in.

    I am African-American male and experienced a lot a racist comments from the hotel guests. Also, experienced a lot noise from room upstairs. I told the hotel front desk and they did nothing. The experience was very unpleasant. But the other hotel were pleasant.

    We were on a road trip and we stopped at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Sidney, Nebraska for the night. It was very clean and comfortable. Exactly what we needed after driving 10 hours in snow and high winds.
