This beginner-friendly workshop will introduce you to traditional blacksmithing techniques as you learn how to craft a professional chef’s knife. You’ll receive expert instruction to take you through the fascinating process from start to finish.
After learning hammering and forging methods, you’ll design your knife, shape it from high-carbon steel, practise hand-grinding techniques and finish it off in the gas forge before adding a Japanese handle.
