This experience will give you an insight into the traditional food culture of the Italian city of Perugia. You will attend a cooking class at a Cesarina's home and see how traditional dishes are made using local ingredients.
The 'Le Cesarine' community is a network of certified cooks who preserve Italian recipes passed down through generations and share them with the world. Your host, a member of this community, will give you the chance to assist with the food preparation and will also share handy tips on Italian cooking.
Once the dishes are ready, you can tuck into your own creations. The sumptuous four-course spread will comprise an appetiser, first course, main course with a side dish and dessert – and you can wash it down with water, coffee or wine.
