If you are staying around the Ring of Skelligs, please try to stay there, you won't regret it.

Setting is beautiful and peaceful. The views from the sunroom are spectacular of the Irish countryside and you can see St. Finian's Bay and Skellig Michael. Great skellig ring location. We got to help herd sheep and watch shearing! Host Michael was very quick to respond to our requests and went above and beyond to resolve minor problems. The house is well equipped and accommodated 5 adults well. The wood burning stove worked well and was pleasant to use when the Summer Irish weather turned cooler.

We had everything we needed and more. The breakfast options were thoughtful and plentiful for us. We weren't expecting them. The stroll down to the beach turned out to be a highlight of our trip in Kerry. Skipping stones at sunset was magical. Thanks to all who made our stay so lovely and apologies to the other guest who had to endure the giggles and screeches from our pillow fight!

It was a perfect location for this trip and because we were leaving early in the morning it was great to have our own little kitchen in our room to have breakfast.

The stay house is a completely new space with great amenities and a lovely view from our room. We also enjoyed the farmlife view from our room. The cottages were spotless, bigger than I had thought they would be and very bright and comfortable. The pebble beach brought a seal visitor on our first night which my young nieces were absolutely thrilled with. They also imagined this peaceful spot as the perfect home for mermaids! We’ll certainly return to Portmagee Seaside Cottages. 10/10
