Phillips and Jann are very good hosts. we received a warm welcome from the start to end of our stay. breakfast is continental, including home made jams which were particularly very tasty). Various teas to choose from/coffee and fruit juice. our suite was tastefully decorated. spacious and comfortable. large amount of towels and bedding available. all areas of the outdoor pool are very tidy and cleaned regularly. Phillipe and Jann display a care for the environment. a great stay all round.

We really liked it here and both Nicole and Joel were great. We had a great space and were able to eat our own food there as we had a dining area with a fridge that looked over the garden. Nicole was extremely helpful getting us anythhing we wanted, great place!

Matthieu is an exceptional host .He communicated well throughout the booking and our stay providing a lot of additional information regarding the local area. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and the room was very comfortable. Our breakfast was served by the pool and was delicious with homemade jams.

The best thing about our stay was our host, Eric, who was very nice and thoughtful, and the breakfast (coffee or tea, juice, fresh bread and pastries, yoghurt and fruit). Excellent value for money.

Beautifully architecturally designed modernist villa in a quiet La Rochelle neighbourhood. Room is thoughtfully and tastefully decorated with great attention to detail and usage of space. Lovely view on to the pool and terrace area. Spacious bathroom with a fantastic shower. Weather was lovely when we were there so we were able to enjoy the pool and terrace and eat breakfast outside. Short walk into the centre of La Rochelle, including a stroll through a gorgeous park. Host is super helpful and kind with great suggestions for exploring the town. Perfect base for a long weekend away, we loved our stay here.

Amazing property renovated with great taste for design, the charm was kept and at the same time modern convenience was created. The atmosphere is very home-like and the hostess deserves a special hurray for friendliness, helpfulness, and being a super nice and interesting person. The room was spacious with a lot of daylight and all the conveniences. The Nordic bath is an amazing experience, especially in those days that aren't super hot, which can happen on the west coast. Great breakfast with a few interesting healthy specials like energy juices and spiced overnight oats! Location is great, very close to the old market, one of the city's clusters of great restaurants, walking distance to the harbor and the park.

He explained how to use the facilities in the apartment and gave directions to nearby shops for essential provisions. Free parking was an added bonus.

The staff were friendly and welcoming without being intrusive. The hotel was lovely and we really enjoyed our swim in the pool. The hotel had great parking facilities which was important for us.
