Everything about Le Puits de Garival is wonderful! The hosts, Nathalie and Mario, are delightful. They gave us a warm welcome and were extremely pleasant throughout our 2 day stay. The breakfast delivered by Nathalie each morning to our room was delicious. The room was spacious and had great amenities. We loved the presence of farm animals in the yard, including chickens, rabbits, goats, and horses. The heated swimming pool was a nice bonus and provided a pleasant place to relax. We loved sitting on the balconies, one of which is covered. The scenery observable from the apartment is beautiful. We would love to stay here again if fortunate enough to visit the area in the future.

Simply a delightful French country manor that has been nicely restored. Two dedicated parents, Thomas and Edwina do an excellent job taking care of everything and everyone. Good breakfast! Ideal location near St. Cirq Lepopie and halfway between Figeac and Cahors. Highly recommend.

So charming! That truly is the best word to describe this place, simply charming. The breakfast was amazing, with jams made on the property itself! Chickens, goats, and turkeys on the property as well. We didn’t get to use the pool because we arrived late, but I’m certain that also would’ve been lovely! A beautiful place to wake up to, and so close to Saint-Cirq-Lapopie! The owners also gave us great recommendations, and we went to L’oilo restaurant which has one of the most beautiful views we’ve ever seen. Spectacular!

The hosts are exceptional. Carol and Yann were very welcoming, and very helpful. They appear to have a largely self sufficient lifestyle which suits the vibe of the location. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Brian and Penni were the perfect hosts. We were met with a friendly greeting and introduction to their home. After settling in we were treated to a wonderful meal and drinks and had a great evening chatting with our hosts. We were only staying for one night and the following morning were treated to a great breakfast. After that we found, at their suggestion, a wonderful signposted walking trail that starts almost from their front door and takes you on a very rewarding hike up onto the Causses to see some of the natural and human history on show.

The stay was exceptional. We loved the view from the window, and the breakfast was rich and delicious. If the weather is good, you can have your breakfast outside with a view. The room was big and the bed comfortable.

Exceptional location in the Lot Valley, perfect for longer stays to explore the area. The big apartment-like loft unit has an equipped kitchenette, TV, fast WiFi, bathroom, and couch, as well as a shoe rack by the door, washing machine and dry rack which we really appreciated. The window has a stunning view of the town. Would recommend for someone looking for a longer stay, particularly to hike or bike, or make day trips around. Marie is a lovely host who can make great recommendations too.
