Very close to Airbus hq so very practical when you need to go there. Public buses nearby to go to Toulouse (~35mn to the center)

We love this place as it is the perfect location, the rooms are set up exactly how we need them and the staff are always really friendly.

Location next to Place Wilson, Marche Victor Hugo, many restaurants including J'Go and a lovely small Asian restaurant. Friendly welcome from the guy at reception, room very clean, nice bath and shower with plenty of hot water when we used it, coffee machine on the ground floor when we decided not to go to a cafe, decor not too gimmicky.

The receptionist was extremely helpful and nice. We felt really good. Rooms were comfortable, and we had a private toilet. Parking is free and safe.

Easy to find with plenty of parking. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the room was exceptionally clean, spacious and comfortable. I would thoroughly recommend the Hotel Arena over others in the area.

I bragged to my travel mates how my stays at Campanile over the years have been wonderful. They arrived hungry and tired at Toulouse when I picked them up to come to your establishment. Such a welcome. Fine buffet and very comfy quarters at lower cost than anywhere near the city. They settled into holiday mode immediately.

It was a great stay. Good location, less than 1km away from the concert venue we came for. The front staff were very friendly and helpful, they made our check in stress free. The room was small, but doesn’t matter, we had our own shower and the television was really complimentary. The cherry on top was the rooster at 6am in the morning. Made me feel like I was back home in the countryside. Almost thought I was dreaming when I heard it. Thank you, we will be back again.

Although I did not reserve a breakfast the night before, Amairanis welcomed me with the opportunity to have a Coffee. I also enjoyed the extremely long porcelain bathtub in my room. #205

We were pleasantly surprised with the generous size of the room and bathroom. A wonderful place to stay.
