Our family had 2 apartments which was ideal for the parents and adult son. Self catering facilities were adequate.

The location is perfect, and the staff is incredibly helpful and wonderful. The hotel has all the excellent features and qualities.

Good hotel with a fairly good price. Basic facilities but exactly what we expected. Rooms were clean and tidy.

Easy to find with plenty of parking. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the room was exceptionally clean, spacious and comfortable. I would thoroughly recommend the Hotel Arena over others in the area.

Excellent restaurant, small number of choices for mains, but buffet style entrees and desserts all superbly prepared. Plenty of parking spaces, and easy to find.

Well, the stuffs were so nice. I really had problem with smoke detector and cooking inside the room. As an asian i cannot survive without rice. So I always carry a rice cooker with me. I tought they would not allow me to cook, yet they did. It was really helpful. And there was a english speaking receptionist(really helped me as a newbie in france for the first time).

Everything was excellent. Good value for Money spent on this booking.

Friendly staff who speak many languages. Super clean, practical rooms with very comfortable beds. Unfortunately, no time to try the breakfast, but it looked fine. We certainly hope to come back and would recommend this to anyone visiting Toulouse.
