He also recommended me a nice local food place nearby :) Rooms are big, beds too, there are mosquito nets and a fan. Also breakfast is included (and it's pretty nice). Location is central. They have a restaurant downstairs, but it's now closed for Ramadan. Difficult to find something better for this price!

Her son Trevor drove us to wherever we wanted to go and the staff were excellent, efficient and very polite. Great breakfasts. Room spacious with superb covered veranda. Superb large pool and sitting area with sunshades.

There are big windows in the bedroom and lounge room and sliding doors out to the verandah. Everything is new and modern and it is very safe. The rooms are cooled by fans. A cool breeze comes in to each room which is fabulous. It has everything you need and there are not many apartments in Malindi at this cheap price. It is very private. The beds were comfortable and protected by mosquito nets (in need of minor repairs). The A/C worked well in the bedrooms. There was easy access to a shared pool. It is not far from well-equipped shops and cafes. There was little sign of mosquitoes, perhaps because the rainy season had yet to arrive.PeterSolo traveller

Walking to the beach during sunset was the highlight of my stay. Great location, convenient for me to take the unforgettable boat excursion in Malindi Marine park to the beautiful Sardinia island. The whole stay felt like a dream. Definitely coming back! The experience is truly great than what's portrayed on the pictures.

Its nice and quite and great breakaway spot to rest and recharge the soul.The maintenance people are very friendly and where always around to help with any needs...the sunsets and sunrise is pictures and you have a full private beach 50m from the cottage.
