We enjoyed our staying at this place. The kids loved to jump on the trampoline and to have the pony, dogs and the pig around them. We had everything we needed. The breakfast was fabulous! We definitely would like to come back here. Thank you, Mrs. Julia!

We had a very nice stay here. It was very comfortable. We ware 13 people, but the owner gave us access to entire house (suitable for 16 people) + a bar, full equipped, a professional kitchen and the jacuzzi from the yard wich it was ready for us to use when we arrived (she already prepared it, without telling her anything). The yard was very nice, clean, with barbecue, a small kitchen and a TV. The rooms ware clean and we had everything we need. Our kids ware very excited about the place. They enjoyed very much the jacuzzi outside, also they had a party with music, costumes and masks in the bar (for 2 nights in a row). The bar has a sound system and we found there props for party (masks and stuff). The owner is a very, very nice person. She helped us with everything we need, she gave us good recommendations for restaurants and places to visit.
The house is in a very quiet area. The place is close to Veliko Tarnovo (approx. 10-15 minutes by car).

The house is in a remote village south of Veliko Tarnovo. If you wish for peace and quiet, this is the place. You can relax in the garden, enjoy breakfast out on the terrace, or just drink wine by the campfire.
The rooms are nice. The sheets were clean. The towels were also ok.
The bathroom is quite large. The water was hot.
The hosts are very nice and helpful.
You have access to a nice kitchen equipped with everything + there is another space with sink and cutlery out on the terrace.
The kitchen that serves also as a living room has a big table and a fireplace.
All the rooms are decorated with natural flowers.

Some of the rooms and furnishings are brand new. You could see the owner is still investing and renovating the house.
Location in the forest was nice.
Fridge was very well stocked.
The sauna area was brand new.
You can feel in the middle of nowhere, but Rayuvtsi (restaurants) and Gardevtsi (shop) are pretty close driving.

The hotel was very responsive to question prior and post arrival, the staff all seemed to have excellent knowledge of English which is a first for us after visiting many hotels within Bulgaria. The staff were friendly and very quick to assist us with any of our requirements.
The view was nice and the rooms were spotlessly clean, I'd say it's the cleanest hotel we've stayed in and we were informed by the manager that's one of the reasons for a later booking in time so the rooms can be cleaned to a very high standard.
The spa area was also very clean and we enjoyed our time relaxing there, the steam room was the best we've used in Bulgaria during our many hotel visits.
The walk to Veliko Tarnovo old town is possible from the hotel which is great for those staying for longer periods.
The evening food was also very enjoyable and the breakfast was also the best we've encountered in Bulgaria.
We will definitely be returning in the near future and hopefully for a longer period after our successful test visit.
