We prearrange an arrival time with Javier, the owner, and were welcomed by Andres, the very friendly care taker. He showed us around the appartment and explained the use of the facilities in the building. Andres is very helpful and is easy to find if you need anything during your stay. He speaks/understands a little English and French but Google translate was very helpful.

We live in Oropesa, so naturally, we love it here. This time of year is festival, and where we live, close to the arena and Bull Ring, it's very noisy, with techno disco music all night. We selected Marina D'or as we know it well and love it there, and we were able to escape the noise but be in familiar surroundings.

Touristic place, mostly for Spanish people. It does have a fantastic coastline with beautiful beaches, commercial area lined up with shops, restaurants, coffee shops and ice-cream parlours. You have everything you need within reach.

Horrible place and very rude owner. Afer the owner first read my (very negative but deserved) review this morning, he decided to send me a Whatsapp to tell me to "Go and F.ck yourself" after adding that guests like me staying only one night were the worst ones!
In my review, I pointed out the bad communication: his agent did not want initially to come and meet me at the property, they wanted me to pick up the keys 3km away.. I insisted and he came in the end. I also pointed out that the property did not have any heating and I was very cold during the night and could not sleep despite putting on 3 or 4 blankets on the bed.
Absolutely shocking, this very unprofessional and rude owner should be banned from the Booking.com Platform. I have been a customer of Booking.com for many years and usually do an excess of 15 bookings per year. I have never had such a bad experience.
AVOID THIS PLACE AND THE OWNER LIKE THE PLAGUE!

You might think of this as Disney on a budget.
You might think of this as Disney on a budget. There are a lot of activities for kids, and some are more expensive than others, but our kids were able to have a great time without spending an insane amount of money. I don't like crowded touristy destinations, but this place was much better than I expected it to be. The main avenue (Carrer L'Antina) was lit up beautifully at night, and it did get a little crowded after 21:00, as is to be expected on a weekend in July, but it wasn't too crazy. We found the prices of the restaurants surprisingly low for such a touristy place, and actually really good food. Read the reviews online, and try to see the plates people are eating before you decide where to go. The path along the beach is Something that really sets this area apart from other beach towns, it's the perfect place to walk or go for an easy bike ride. There is plenty of open space for the kids to play.

Nice place but im October there was nothing going on. Shops and restaurants are closed. I can imagine that im summer it is nicer. The beach is very rocky. There is sand but i guess that it was brought as the whole resorts were build.
Very clean place with a lot of playgrounds and green places to lay next to the beach.

The place is amazing value for money and I would definitely stay again. Clean, fantastic facilities and stayed whilst attending Benicàssim festival. Only down side was being able to get taxis so as a tip book the beni bus if you’re staying here for festival as it will save you money and is just outside these apartments (the pick up point)

The apartment is clean. White bed linen and towels, equipment as in good hotels. Comfortable beds, good furniture. The kitchen is new, clean, a good set of appliances and utensils. The air conditioner works well. From the balcony you can see the sea and mountains. The pool is clean and well equipped. Children's playground, next to several sports simulators. Convenient place for car parking. Recommended!
Fantastic pool, worthy of a 4* hotel, location great, hotel is close to the beaches and the commercial areas. I love the <laissez faire > atmosphere of the place , really calm and relaxing. The coffee and juice was pretty good in the breakfast. There is a take away paella place about 50m down the road which was pretty good. The air conditioning was superb.
The breakfast was very good and the staff were excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was good although there didn’t seem to be much in the way of bars, cafes and shops nearby. Unfortunately I left my purse in the room but it was handed in by cleaning staff and the hotel rang to let me know so we were able to go back and collect it.

Great value for money in our case bacause we found a cheap deal for entire month. The apartment has all the basic amenities what you need even for a longer stay and everything was clean upon arrival. Location was good for our needs.
Location is absolutely fantastic, right on the beach, shops and restaurants within seconds from the hotel. Rooms are basic and dated, but very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming:)
