Staying at Oriental Jade Hotel was the most amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, including providing us with information and tips on what to do during our stay, ensuring that we were able to get to and from our destination with ease and always being happy to assist us with anything we required. They were welcoming and made our stay exceptional. We particularly enjoyed speaking with Richard and David during our stay.
The facilities were clean, comfortable and had everything we required. The pool has the best view of the city overlooking the lake, as well as a bar where you can enjoy a refreshing drink! The breakfast was high quality food and delicious!
We could not have hoped for a better stay in Hà Nội and hope to return again in the near future!
