The receptionist was very rude and was not around when we got to the lodge we only got a security who doesn't know what is what or know what is booking.com. The receptionist was called while sleeping came we waited about an hour for her to come and say “what is your issue here” not even to apologise about it.

Nothing good about that place.
1. Host did not welcome us.
2. We paid for cleaning the place was not cleaned the whole weekend.
3. Supplied 1 roll of toilet paper for 4guests 2nights booking.
4. Towels were not changed and we got 2 towels for 4ppl.
