The rooms are really generously large and comfortable with a nice view from the balcony. The home cooked dinner was delicious and the staff overall was very thoughtful and accommodating.Caroline EtaGroup

Met me at the carpark - I would not have found the place on my own. Then she helped to organise transport to the airport which proved very challenging due to it being low season and almost no transport options available. The room was spacious, very quiet and great views over the rice terraces.

Jason speaks excellent English, which is a real bonus (we traveled for 2 weeks in south China, and had frequent communication problems, we met very few people with a good command of English). The hotel is well located, at the entrance of the Ping An village, and close to the hiking trails.

She also arranged us a ride back to guilin, which by public transfer is not that easy. She speaks english so you can ask her anything.

The hotel is so clean, the room was so big and very comfortable! May and her team recommended us how to do a trekking and how to visit the surroundings. Xin yi and Li, very helpful and willing to be adaptable to our needs where possible, the location is stunning and the hotel is very quiet. The pool is mountain stream fed and cold even in summer, but refreshing after a day's hiking in the amazing scenery. On the whole we would go back again.
