We travelled a long way and needed a bed and breakfast to break up our journey. We checked in after hours and a key was left for us with instructions on how to get to our room. This was very helpful. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. It was quiet and peaceful. It had tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast was good, with plenty on offer. A cot and highchair were provided for us. The downstairs space is good with a large living/dining room, full kitchen and a utility/boot room. There is also a small conservatory at the back overlooking the large garden. Parking is at the front of the annex in the yard, plenty of space for multiple cars. It is very quiet and peaceful as the annex is located at the end of the access lane, so no passing traffic.
