The room was warm and clean, and the location was super convenient. But what touched me the most was the front desk staff, David — he was incredibly kind, patient, and empathetic. I arrived feeling a bit tired and uneasy, but he welcomed me warmly, helped me with my luggage, recommended great nearby restaurants and places to visit, and even drew me a map. When I ran into a few issues, he immediately helped me sort everything out. Although I only stayed for one night, I truly felt the warmth of home and a level of genuine care that’s rare to find while traveling. Highly recommended!

Set in Copacabana at 800 meters from the center of the city with Inca Gallows reachable within less than 1 km, Hostal Piedra Andina offers a tour desk, non-smoking rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a... It felt like I was staying in a fairy home! I loved the architecture of the place and the view of the lake is incredible. The bed was really comfortable and the staff were really helpful

He was thoughtfull, helpfull and very kind and helped us with our trip to Uyuni. Great location too. Quiet, but close to nice restaurants and the city center. Very nice and fresh breakfast, made by a lovely lady.

This place is OUTSTANDING and deserves a 10 rating. Everything was great from the staff assisting with anything I needed to the rooms. I was on the lake Titicaca level and the theme was beautiful. The room was so comfortable and stylish. Breakfast was so generous and so many options. Highly recommended

This place is a gem. Rocio, Laura and Manu are amazing hosts. The beds are the comfiest, the showers are hot. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything. You’re within walking distance from all everything, including the teleférico, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, and shops. I extended my stay, and then returned after visiting other places.
