The staff truly understand the meaning of hospitality. From the seamless check-in process to the attentive service throughout, every interaction was marked by genuine kindness and professionalism. It was clear that their priority was ensuring every guest felt welcomed and cared for. Plus, the view from my room was absolutely breathtaking— a majestic mountain landscape blanketed in snow. It was a picturesque scene that added an extra layer of tranquility and beauty to my stay.

Wonderful little family hotel. The owner pays a lot of attention to details, and gets up very early to bake for the delicious and plentiful breakfast buffet. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Great shower that doesn’t spray everywhere. Large, good-to-sleep-in bed. Two pillows per person: a thin one and a thicker one. Just like in a luxury hotel! (Actually, that’s how the whole stay felt: all the comforts of an expensive hotel-but with the personal touch and attention of a family place). Queue side street with parking in front of the hotel. Very close to the Rustaveli Metro station (they even gave us a card for the Metro, but you can also pay by credit card). Old town is also a just a 15-20 walk away. Great value for money, highly recommended!

Friendly, welcoming staff, spotlessly clean, great location and excellent communication. The perfect base for exploring Tbilisi. Breakfast was very simple, but plentiful, and was always well prepared and served with a smile. I had an issue with my original room booking not being suitable but this was easily resolved and change of room provided without any problem. We were very grateful to be able to leave luggage after check-out.

Excellent and very clean family run hotel with comfortable bed and good shower and a wonderful breakfast. The owners are helpful and kind hearted. The location is about 700m from 300 Aragveli metro station, from there its one stop to Avlabari two stops to Liberty Square. If coming from Airport, the airport bus 337 stops at 300 Aragveli metro.

My stay at Mimino TG was absolutely wonderful! The people who run the property were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and safety. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

very nice and have a magical view

This was just a perfect place to stay right in the heart of Old Tbilisi city. The host Ms. Nino was always there ready to provide you with anything you need. We are forever thankful to Nino for accommodating us on short notice for another day out of our bookings, as we faced some difficulties in some other stay. We didn't have to hesitate to ask her anything we required and she was more than ready to help us. We booked the King Suit with Balcony, which was so bright, clean and quiet. Their detailing even to smallest things are top notch. The suit was so spacious and felt like home.The balcony view was amazing across the street with balcony furniture which totally is so charming. There are grocery shops right in-front of Kazma. The breakfast had good options and was of high quality. Unlike experiences with other 4-star stays in Tbilisi, with so many flaws either in detailing or dealings, which do not deserve the rating, Kazma has totally had us our mind blown. You get what you see in their advertisements. Would definitely come back to stay without a second thought and especially to meet Nino, while we visit next time!!!
