Naubari estate, is a place to be for everyone. Why? The location is serene and tranquil. This house has everything you need. You dont have to go out. All you need is to relax and enjoy the place. There's no need to go out. All you have to do is relax and enjoy the surroundings. Check out the photos I uploaded. This place is truly worth visiting. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the location is very convenient for exploring Tbilisi. There is gated parking behind the hotel too.

The staff truly understand the meaning of hospitality. From the seamless check-in process to the attentive service throughout, every interaction was marked by genuine kindness and professionalism. It was clear that their priority was ensuring every guest felt welcomed and cared for. Plus, the view from my room was absolutely breathtaking— a majestic mountain landscape blanketed in snow. It was a picturesque scene that added an extra layer of tranquility and beauty to my stay.

Wonderful little family hotel. The owner pays a lot of attention to details, and gets up very early to bake for the delicious and plentiful breakfast buffet. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Great shower that doesn’t spray everywhere. Large, good-to-sleep-in bed. Two pillows per person: a thin one and a thicker one. Just like in a luxury hotel! (Actually, that’s how the whole stay felt: all the comforts of an expensive hotel-but with the personal touch and attention of a family place). Queue side street with parking in front of the hotel. Very close to the Rustaveli Metro station (they even gave us a card for the Metro, but you can also pay by credit card). Old town is also a just a 15-20 walk away. Great value for money, highly recommended!

This apartment exceeded my expectations. The house is in a central and quiet place, a few minutes' walk from the central square. The room is really large, super clean inside and outside the apartments, everything is new and very high quality, also the beautiful design, also lighting of various types, new air conditioner, soft towels, have a fan, shampoo, soap, there is a kitchenette with fridge, coffee and tea. The bed is very comfortable. A varied and tasty breakfast in a cafe close to the house. Homeowners are very nice people, good hosts and guest investors.

It’s located in a quiet place but also nearby the places you’d like to visit in old town. The staff were very friendly and accommodating also! Appreciate that they gave us a free room upgrade.

I stayed here alone and was blown away by the hospitality — they opened the place just for me during the weekend and even prepared breakfast in the morning. The hotel sits right in the middle of a vineyard, surrounded by mountains, which makes it super peaceful. The building is new and quiet, with a big shared kitchen and a great terrace to hang out on. They also have really good (IMHO) local wine you can buy. Overall, a calm and cozy stay with great vibes and even better wine

View is stunning. Location is great. About 700 meters away from the trailhead to the lake. Restuarant serves very good Georgian food with reasonable price operating from 9am - 9pm. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Very friendly staff, super host, beautiful bright room, super clean, delightful breakfast. Swimming pool was very clean. 5 min walk from the beach.
