The experience was perfect at all levels. Starting from the free upgrade of our booking to presidential duplex suite, even before our arrival. Hotel management (Mr. Mhiri) was in touch with us thru WhatsApp before our arrival and during our stay to ensure our comfort. Up on our arrival, Mr. Tarek (reception) was very friendly and helpful. The presidential duplex suite was outstanding, spacious and clean with all required items. The kitchen has all supplies. The suite has been cleaned perfectly daily. Breakfast is very good with various options. Free car vallet is available at the hotel. Nice and helpful team. Spa and in-door swimming pool are also available. The swimming pool is perfect. This hotel is an experience of its own. This was the last day of our honeymoon and they went the extra mile with so many thoughtful attentions. We felt like royalty. We are so grateful for everything the staff did to make sure this last day was special. Thank you to everyone!!

Wow! This was the most luxurious room I have ever stayed in. In fact, it's not even a room, it's little house with two rooms, all huge, and huge luxurious bathroom. Everything is brand new, not just in your "villa" but everywhere. We also used spa services and those were great too. The whole property is very isolated, you feel very calm and safe. The staff tries their best to accommodate your needs. The price might look high comparing to other hotels, but it totally worth it.

This is by far one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in – spotless to the highest standard, in every corner. The entire property is newly renovated, and everything feels fresh, modern, and well-maintained. Upon arrival, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised with a beautiful complimentary decoration on our bed. It was thoughtful, elegant, and made my wife incredibly happy. This small gesture added a personal touch that made our stay even more special. The hotel is also extremely secure, with 24/7 security that makes you feel safe at all times. There’s free parking available, which is a huge plus, and the staff are always ready to help with luggage or anything you might need. Special mention goes to the front desk staff, who were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always smiling. They made us feel genuinely welcome and valued throughout our stay. In short, The Nine Lifestyle Hotel offers not just a place to sleep, but a complete hospitality experience: cleanliness, comfort, security, and warm human interaction. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tunis – you will not be disappointed.

Throughly enjoyed my stay at hotel Belvedere. The location is easily walkable to the Medina. The room is clean and comfortable. Probably the best part of my stay is the staff. Huge shout out to Ons and Rania for helping me with restaurant suggestions and reservations. The kindness and hospitality of Ramzi and Mohammed at the front desk was also appreciated. A mention to bellman Mohammed who helped me call a Bolt on my last day was also a big help.

Food was great, people working here were very nice. Would definitely come back!

Clean, professional and friendly staff

Where to start? The dar is a gorgeous old building, and we had a large room with an alcove and arches and a very high ceiling. The location is superb, right in the middle of the Medina, from which you can walk everywhere. Breakfast was incredible,with freshly squeezed orange juice, omelettes, fresh fruit, home-made jams, yogurt with granola. The staff are very kind and helpful, and they have arrangements with a taxi service that will take you to and from the airport, to the Bardo, etc. We could not have been more pleased with Dar Medina!
