The hotel seemed fairly new and very well taken care of. Cleanliness was on the spot.The room was spacious and had all needed amenities, the beds and pillows nice and comfy. Comfortable working desk. The hot water was hot, with good pressure.
All the staff members without exception were well trained for their job. The receptionists, security guards, the waiters and the cleaning ladies were all very kind and knew how to make guests feel welcome.
The location in les berges du lac is very close to many embassies, international companies and institutions in Tunis.
There are spacious terraces on every floor and a rooftop with a good view over the neighborhood.
Spacious garage in the basement.

A jewel in the center of a high-end neighborhood. For the price and location wise it was well worthy. The comfortable bed, hot shower, breeze from the balcony, you tube channels, washing machine etc etc. Sleek minimalist decor. Happy and enjoyed our stay in this studio. Very cozy feeling. Host was very helpful and accommodating. Thank you appreciate your kindness. Known restaurants are nearby, airport is only 8min away by taxi, shopping is just at the doorstep, convenient stores and banks are few steps away. Quiet and safe location. We had a great stay despite booking on very short notice.
We had a great stay despite booking on very short notice. Mr. Zouari was extremely proactive and even offered to pick us up from the airport.
When we arrived, he was already waiting with welcome drinks and sweets, which was a very nice touch. After a short, pleasant conversation, he kindly let us rest, knowing we were continuing our journey early the next morning.
The next day, he surprised us with an amazing breakfast — truly outstanding hospitality. This stay perfectly reflects the warmth and generosity of Tunisian guest hospitality.
Excellent experience overall. I would definitely book again. Thank you, Mr. Zouari.

I think three days were just right for the stay.
I think three days were just right for the stay. One day around Sidi Bou Said area, one day in the Tunis medina and one day in Bardo museum and archeological sites. I missed Bardo museum because it is closed on the Mondays. Taxi drivers try to rip off tourists as normal. Negotiate 50% or less of the asking price.

I was met at the airport quite late at night with the plane being more than 2 hours late.
The host couldn’t do enough for me, big breakfast, all my laundry and ras me back to the airport.
I would certainly recommend him.

Avenue Habib Bourguiba is an interesting stroll down the pedestrian centre to the clock tower.
Bardo Museum is well worth visiting. As are Carthage and Sidi Bou Said outside of Tunis.

Ariana is a lovely area about 20 minutes from Tunis. It was safe. Plenty of stores, restaurants, bars, bakeries, ice cream shops. However, people need to stop throwing trash all over the place. Too many smokers as well. People smoked inside restaurants, offices, everywhere which was a turn-off
