Exceptional Hotel, the staff are very friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The food is delicious. Very great value for money. We will definitively come back !

Very welcoming staffs at the reception and restaurant. Mrs Hayet, Mr. Ali, chef Kurdi and the rest of the team. While checking-in, they upgraded our rooms to pool/sea view. We asked for late check out and we got one room till 6pm! Staff at the restaurant took extra care and prepared special gluten-free meals for my wife being a coeliac. Overall, it was an exceptional stay!!

Everything was perfect. We were a couple with 2 young kids and the stay was confortable for everyone. The staff was helpful, food was good, the view is relaxing and the suite was really perfect for our family. Definitely we will be back to the same Suite :)

I loved the old vibe of the hotel, the architecture and the theme. The rooms were spacious, clean and the AC works very well, comfortable sleep. I also liked the activities like water polo, the staff are also friendly, but because of the high number of people they're overloaded. They work without expecting tips, honest hard working people (except only 1 or 2 exceptions) unlike some that only work expecting tips and I'm happy to leave some tip in that case. The food is also good

Staff were amazing. Very patient and kind. All the staff seemed happy to be there and willing to answer any questions. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. The entertainment was great. Enjoyed easy access to the beach with snacks and drinks. The pool was clean and well controlled.

Great location. The hotel is a bit old and outdated in term of style. Clean, practical room facilities. The garden and the beach are great places to relax and enjoy the time spent there. The location is great, 5 minutes' walk from the marina.

Staff members were really nice The beach is very clean with Cristal clear water absolutely amazing staff members were trying their best to please

The staff the food, the location the hotel was nice and clean the breakfast times might be a bit early for some.

I like the place . The calme. The stuff the food

I had an amazing experience at Marhaba Palace. From the moment I arrived, the reception team was warm, professional, and very welcoming. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which set the tone for a relaxing stay. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with a beautiful view and excellent housekeeping service every day. The hotel facilities are outstanding — the pool area is clean and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere is calm and luxurious. The food was delicious and varied, with plenty of fresh options at every meal. The restaurant staff were attentive and friendly, always ready to help with a smile. What truly made the difference was the exceptional hospitality and attention to detail. I felt genuinely cared for throughout my stay. I highly recommend Marhaba Palace to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a relaxing getaway. I will definitely return!

Dear Booking.com Team, I recently stayed at one of your listed hotels for a family vacation, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The check-in process was chaotic, with long queues and disorganized staff. Guests were handed cards to fill out without pens, which only added to the frustration. The lack of network and Wi-Fi in the rooms was a major inconvenience. The dining situation was equally problematic. Both lunch and dinner times were incredibly crowded, and the buffet food ran out quickly, leading to confrontations and long waits. Despite having an all-inclusive package, I had to eat outside the hotel on several occasions because the dining facilities were so poorly managed. This trip felt like a significant waste of money, and the overall quality of the hotel did not meet the standards I expect from your recommendations. I hope you can address these issues to improve the experience for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards,

We had a fantastic stay with our family. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The hospitality was outstanding. The staff were warm and attentive, the food was excellent with great variety, and everything was consistently fresh and delicious. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the beach was beautiful and relaxing. What really made our stay special was Mr. Marwan, the hotel manager. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our time. Thanks to him, we kept extending our stay because we simply did not want to leave. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and well managed resort experience.

Breakfast buffet is very poor, No hospitality from the staff except the girl in the omelette station she was very pleasant and accommodating. The staff in the restaurant including the Maitre d’hotel looks like zombies , have not seen even one server greeting a guest at least once. The cutlery in the buyer line always empty and the silver container is dirty. The dessert station during dinner service is one the poorest I have seen anywhere in the world.

Everything in this hotel was awesome the staff the room.. i have a nice stay
