The experience was perfect at all levels. Starting from the free upgrade of our booking to presidential duplex suite, even before our arrival. Hotel management (Mr. Mhiri) was in touch with us thru WhatsApp before our arrival and during our stay to ensure our comfort. Up on our arrival, Mr. Tarek (reception) was very friendly and helpful. The presidential duplex suite was outstanding, spacious and clean with all required items. The kitchen has all supplies. The suite has been cleaned perfectly daily. Breakfast is very good with various options. Free car vallet is available at the hotel. Nice and helpful team. Spa and in-door swimming pool are also available. The swimming pool is perfect. All our thanks and appreciation to Mr. Mhiri for his follow up, to Mr. Tarek for his welcoming and willing to help, to reception team for their support, to Mr. Moncef chief security and all his team for their kindness and support, to Miss Manel chief housekeeping and her team for their kindness and perfection, to all restaurant team. A wonderful hotel with everything you need. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Bottles of water and fruit replenished each day. Breakfast is fabulous up on the terrace with freshly made egg dishes to order. The spa is great - would highly recommend getting a massage. Hammam looked very inviting too (sadly we ran out of time to use it) The relaxation area was calm, quiet and the post massage fruit/tea was great. Dinner was very good, again up on the terrace, with lots of local dishes to enjoy. Local wine list and other options too. Easy access into the medina area and also to get taxis to go exploring the wider local area.

Wow! This was the most luxurious room I have ever stayed in. In fact, it's not even a room, it's little house with two rooms, all huge, and huge luxurious bathroom. Everything is brand new, not just in your "villa" but everywhere. We also used spa services and those were great too. The whole property is very isolated, you feel very calm and safe. The staff tries their best to accommodate your needs. The price might look high comparing to other hotels, but it totally worth it.

The staff was wonderful and very nice polite especially Ghofrane, Lilia, Rania, Houda,Najet. They were always smiling and kind make you feel home.

Clean (very clean), tidy, new, comfortable beds, nice Gym, very friendly staff, fast check in and check out, secure, private and quiet. I would definitely stay here again. If you are looking for a 5 star room, then this is your choice.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I have visited many cities and stayed in many hotels, but only a few remain in my memory. This is one of them. Everything was great, the hospitality, the warm welcome, the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness of the place, the delicious and varied food, the variety of activities and the wonderful location. Thank you Mr. Saleem for the wonderful gift. We extended our stay for tow days more. My family and I enjoyed our stay with you. We will definitely visit again.

We were very well received from the staff. All of them were very helpful and polite.

The staff was friendly, quick to respond and accommodating to my requests. Close to many restaurants. Breakfast was simple, but tasty.
