Amed (Near Tulamben)
Rooms at Casa De Amed are all beautifully designed and fitted with air-conditioning, flat-screen cable TV, a minibar, and an en suite bathroom with shower facility, and slippers. Some room features a bathtub, a seating area with sofa, and CD player, View of the beautiful garden and the sparkling Bali Sea can be seen from all the rooms.

I had the Deluxe Master suite on the top floor near the front. The suite is huge and the views of the beach at sunrise were stupendous. I absolutely loved the big picture windows on two sides (with blackout curtains that you could pull across). Wifi and air con worked well. Going to sleep and waking up to the sound of the waves on the beach, and watching the stars and the lights of fishing boats from my bed were magical. There are two massage ladies (Made and Wayan) who wait at the pool area in the afternoon for a few hours if you need a massage. Their prices are very reasonable (I used Made every afternoon). I chose Casa de Amed because of its beachfront location and proximity to Adventure Divers. Despite its relatively central location it is in a quiet stretch of beach (just off Jemeluk Bay) and is very peaceful. There is an excellent Warung directly adjacent (Warung Celagi) that serves excellent fresh grilled fish at bargain prices. Cafe Amed is also a short walk away, as are many other warungs and restaurants. I stayed for 9 nights and my only regret is that I didn't stay longer. It is a really lovely place.

The views and resort layout is stunning. The 2 bedroom villa was very spacious and a huge yard with a pool made it great. They did some happy birthday decorations on the bed and bintangs in a bucket as requested also a lovely birthday cake and sang at dinner for my partner. Would stay again! Prices are cheap and very reasonable.
