Easy to reach & find the hotel; located in a lovely small town that feels very welcoming; beautiful renovated property with history; easy to access by car; beautiful outdoor spaces (perfect for relaxation in the sun) with a pool. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful - they were always happy to help and make suggestions for nearby excursions. There are many spaces downstairs that are inviting, and easy to work from. I spent the day working, with great internet connection & pleasant, quiet environment. the restaurant (breakfast & dinner) was also pleasant, with incredible staff and service. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was very new & clean! Everything was perfect.

The room is beautiful, spacious, and clean. Staff is very friendly and easygoing. Free parking, a very nice garden on the property and pet friendly. Breakfast was also great and tasty. Sweet and salty.

The design is well thought through by the owners who travel frequently themselves. There is no fuss but absolutely everything you need. The kitchenette is great for breakfasts and snacks. Anne’s guide to restaurants and local attractions is fun and informative. The welcome flowers, fruit and wine are the finishing touches. Great hospitality and very good communication on arrival and departure.

Large, comfortable room with luxury quality bed linen, furnishings and bath towels. Well appointed and large bathroom Being able to open screened windows in room was a plus. Great breakfast spread. Our family enjoyed the table tennis and bbq areas. A fabulous welcome aperitivo of local produce prepared for our arrival was glorious. They were so friendly and helpful in ensuring our stay was magical at Pieve Mirabella. We followed their recommendations on restaurants in the town of Città della Pieve and they did not disappoint 💕A day trip to the salt baths was lovely and the town of Orvieto is well worth a visit.

Property was beautiful , full of period character and history, with a great room that had lovely views. Breakfast table was great, especially the wonderful array of cakes made by Nona. He completely renovated this ancient home into a beautiful, and I mean very beautiful, bnb with three gorgeous large rooms and baths, and a cozy sitting area with fireplace and kitchen. Artistically crafted details throughout at a 5 star level. Custom metalwork for the stairs, etc. Very nice linens, towels. super comfortable beds and pillows. Easy parking nearby. walk ten steps to nearest restaurant. couldn't have a better location. period. I would highly recommend.

You can use pool anytime and enjoy the views outside in the sitting areas. Rooms are nice and clean. There is possible to park your car under the roof so your car is nice and cool in the morning. Breakfast was delicious (traditional italian). Friendly and helpful staff. Place is hosted by a lovely Family! In outside there were different lounge areas which was a big plus for us. We would reccommend it totally and would visit again!GerliGroup
